Went to the Burbank location June 2023. They said I needed crowns on 19 & 20. Once Dr looked closer…read moreshe said the existing root canals need to be retreated or signed off by an Endo. OK, I used the referral they gave me (they had no Endo on staff) and in July got the work done. Went back to Burbank location to proceed, told me my dentist was no longer there. No other female dentists at Burbank. I said fine I checked around and found thie Reseda location, so in Oct 2023 I went there and had the crowns done on 19 & 20. No problem - until they started sending me bills for $730 !!! Long story short(er ) seems Burbank had gone ahead and billed Delta Dental for the 19 & 20 crowns they never did (and got paid) so when Reseda billed they were denied as it exceeded my 'plan benefit' I went back and forth with the office/billing staff at both locations for 2 months being told its a corporate issue, they would straighten it out, don't worry, then finally telling me it was straightened out. So now in March 2026 I get a a letter from a debt collector stating I owe them $730!!! Note: The actual work done at the Reseda location was fine. The whole issue started with Burbank office staff, but was made worse when Reseda location AFTER knowing full well the whole story (and claiming it was all worked out!) then turns the matter over to a collection agency 2 years later!!!

Dr Golian explained things very well and it turns out she needed a crown and a filling since she won't get the adult molars until about 10 or 11. Dr Golian and his team made the procedure so comfortable for our daughter and us as parents. Most adults wouldn't have handled it as well as our baby - she's tough, but the team was so caring and professional She got through it without fuss! He also accurately explained how she might be feeling and how we should help her recovery. We look forward to seeing Dr Golian and the Blooming smile team for years to come!

I was told everything looked good, but I'd need to come back for a small re-filling on a small section of the molar on my bottom right (which already had an old filling). We scheduled that filling. The very next day, that same tooth cracked. I returned to the office and waited nearly two hours just for an x-ray and to confirm the chip. The dentist, who only went by "Dr. G" and wouldn't give her full name, brushed it off and said she could "buff it out." No explanation, no accountability. But at my next visit, she suddenly said the filling wasn't for the bottom molar at all, but for two top molars. Total contradiction. The communication here is terrible. The front desk and staff argue in front of patients, notes are inconsistent, and no one seems to know what's going on. I came in with no pain or damage, and now I have a cracked tooth and zero trust in this office. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else. This place is disorganized, unprofessional, and refuses to take responsibility for their work.

I started out with a severe underbite and cross bite in 2012 to 2014. Dr Pair did fix my crossbite and I still needed to have double Jaw surgery. On September 2024 I decided to have my braces put back on have double Jaw surgery to correct my bite and on June 2025 I had the surgery. Finally on August 20th 2026th. For all those years I want to give special thanks to Dr Pair, Dawn, Kristine Cody and all staff treated me nothing but kindness.
