Adamian herself is an amazing Orthodontist! Don't get me wrong. But her staff.......not on it with their appointments. 1. They tried switching up my date/time without letting me know. I had to call back to make sure they got my time and date right. 2. How convenient that when someone walks in every time, they're either on the phone or says, "give me a moment" (meanwhile, I'm sitting watching) 3. They give a set time like mine. Mine was at 10:15. Now if you take a look at my photos. I would like to start by saying that Dr Adamian is very knowledgeable, friendly orthodontist. When we first had our appt for my braces, I explained what I wanted my teeth to look like and she understood and gave me many options. I decided to go with the clear braces and I was very happy with them. Not very noticeable and easier on the gums then the metal braces. I was happy with my end result. I also have to give a shout out to the staff, even during the pandemic and present day, they were always very polite and attentive. Where should I begin.. I totally recommend this office, the staff is friendly and office is clean. I started my treatment early this year, I was not happy with one small thing in my smile, i started orthodontic treatment with another Dr that he wanted me to get some extractions, I was not happy about it. Cory and the Dr. Technicians are also very understanding and great to work with as well, understands patient and family needs and very polite. Front end office staff needs some organizing but is somewhat understandable with the Dr. out and recent restrictions. Overall the process could of been a bit more accommodating with later times being or utilize Saturdays for those families in need of the extra day to facilitate. read more

I am updating my review of Adamian Orthodontics now that my son has completed Phase 1. Prior to starting treatment, my son's teeth were crowded and rather misaligned. Dr. Adamian fixed that, and the results are beautiful! Dr. Adamian and everyone in her office are professional, friendly, and polite. I have been coming here for about a year and the service has been 7.5/10. I have had some bad encounters with some of the receptionist however generally everyone is nice. Dr.adamian doesn't actaully do work on my teeth, however she oversees and directs others and is very educated and works fast. The people who actually work on my teeth are always so nice and gentle! Scheduling can be difficult to find a time that works however that isnt the offices fault, they probably see many patients. The only cons are the chairs are all next to each other there is No privacy & as i said some of the rude receptionist (Fanny is the name of the girl who was rude to me. ) other than that theyre good!! read more

Great place to get a beautiful smile. I had problems all the time with broken brackets and poking wires but Adamian always let me come in to cut them. I never had any issues with making appointments, nor did i ever run out of rubber bands or wax. As far as the staff, all the ladies are super welcoming and gentle when replacing wires and tightening. My friend has a very good experience with this orthodontics office. So she introduces the office to me. Dr. Adamian is very patient, even with many patients in the office. She answers all questions before moving to another patient. I am with them since Oct. 2015. My treatment is almost done and my teeth keeps getting a lot compliment. My daughter and I love Dr. Adamian and the entire staff. They are very professional and Dr. Adamian is absolutely the best orthodontist we have come upon. We did interview other Doctors before choosing her and we are very happy with our decision. Even though the office wasn't the closest to our home but we rather drive out to Northridge then settle for another office due to convenience. In many ways, choosing a doctor can be a daunting task that might turn into a nightmare. But that is not the case with Dr. Adamian. For the past 4 years I've had the privilege of being a patient at Adamian Orthodontics. I started with Dr. Tai before Dr. Adamian took over the practice. She is professional yet friendly, listens well, knowledgeable and meticulous. On the rare occasions where she was the one who replaced the wire and bands instead of the assistant, you could tell she is very skilled at what she does; she is quick and precise. But one of the things I appreciate the most is that she is a straight shooter whom I can always count on giving me an honest and clear answer; no beating around the bush nor vague responses. And of course, behind a successful practice, there is a great team that works alongside the doctor. Patti, Cori, Judy and Kathy (Cathy) are amazing. They are friendly and personable, really good at what they do (borderline superhumans). Scheduling is easy and flexible, the appointments are on-time. Parking is fully validated, which is good news for those who don't carry much cash around (it's a serious matter). I love how while they are bending wires, pulling rubber bands and whatever magic it involves, they take the chance to educate me on the different tools, types of wires, and how they all work together. Not only that it was fun learning something new but I find that the more I know and understand the process, the better I can follow the instructions. Of course, this goes without saying that as patients, you must play your part. Follow instructions as directed, ask questions when in doubt, and voice up your concerns. Dr. Adamian and the team never fails to ask me if there's anything that bothers me, from poking wires all the way to how I feel about the end result. So, they've got you covered. While there are plenty competent doctors / practices out there, what I have found with Dr. Adamian and her team was nothing short of excellent and capable team who truly cares.
