We had a great experience from start to finish. Dr. Courtney and his staff, Donna his office manager and Jahne his dental assistant, took excellent care of us. When I called to make the appointment for myself and my daughter, Donna was very friendly and accomodating. We were coming from a distance and she made sure to find time for both of us to come on the same day and have our appointments back to back. She even gave us a time of day specifically so we could avoid rush hour traffic on the freeway. When we came for our appointment Donna and Jahne were very welcoming and made the whole visit a positive one. Dr. Courtney and his staff were always available to answer any questions. Dr. Courtney's office is modern with state-of-the art technology and equipment and beautifully decorated. Dr. Courtney gave both my daughter and I excellent care. I've had a lot of dental work done over the years and Dr. Courtney was very patient and listened to my dental history and then gave me one of the most thorough exams I've ever had and gave me treatment options based on his expertise while also taking into consideration my history. I have medical conditions that limit my options but he gave me hope that there were viable options to give me the dentures that I needed. He gave us thoughtful exams, he did not rush, he truly listened, addressed questions, and had a lot of patience. He's intelligent and very experienced and used his technology to make the best decisions for our treatment. This office is definitely top-notch! Dr. Courtney and his staff are very professional, yet also friendly and accommodating. They really care about giving patients quality dental care that will last for a lifetime, not cheap work that will break down a few years down the line. They are also very focused on making sure you're comfortable and that all of your needs are met. The waiting area is quite comfortable and well-put together, though the wait time isn't long at all. They offer comfortable seats, Keurig coffee, water bottles, and a large selection of reading material-- much more accommodating than other offices I've visited! The office location is very pretty and in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Overall A+++, will definitely be visiting Dr. Courtney and his wonderful staff again for future dental care. read more

I've been going to Dr. Courtney's office for a number of years now, and every time has been a 5 star experience! The staff is always helpful and pleasant, the hygienists have been wonderful, Dr. Courtney is always professional, courteous, and the care is excellent. We've recommended him to at least ten other family members and friends, and all but one still goes to him. The one who doesn't lives a bit to far away. During this pandemic, the office is spotless, all staff are wearing full gowns, masks and face shield. Pens and other simple supplies are all one time use. In fact, this hasn't been a big change, as they've been wearing masks and face shield for a long time. I feel very safe in this office. Found Dr Courtney through a promotion mailing. Donna, who made the appointment for me was really nice. She emailed me the new patient paperwork, so I could complete prior to my appointment. So I didn't have to waste time completing forms on the day. On the day of my appointment, I had very thorough xrays/photos taken. Dr Courtney then checked my teeth. He was very thorough and a really nice man. A lot of dentists I've been to, try suggesting treatments as they want to make a quick buck. This wasn't the case with Dr Courtney. Dr Courtney is a dental genius! I've been his patient since around 2001. Over 5 years ago I moved to Seattle and haven't been able to find a dentist I trust here. Today I flew to L.A. round trip in one day just to see him to place crown on my implant. You will NEVER find a better dentist who is excellently skilled, super fun and personable and loves taking care of teeth. To qualify this - since 2001 - I have had routine care, cleaning, fillings, crowns, gum line trimming and 2 front top teeth veneers done by him. I am very surprised to see that are no reviews about this dentist. This office and dentist by far are the best! I have been going to Dr. Courtney for about 2 years now. I was referred to him from another friend after some very unsuccessful trips to various dentists. The staff is super duper friendly and fun to be around...just love them. Dr. Courtney is very good at what he does and he listens to what you want to achieve and will work with you to get there. I was able to save enough money to afford Invisilgn which I desperately needed. I say the Dr. and his staff every 6 weeks for 2 years. I am very pleased with their work and their ethics. My overall visit and dental work: This was the best experience I've ever had with a dentist. His office is new. His equipment is state of the art. His employees are surprisingly pleasant to interact with. More importantly, Dr. Courtney's work on my teeth was fantastic. I couldn't have asked for a better dentist in my area than Dr. Courtney. Just to clarify: The reason why I say "my area" is because I have a very good friend that I've known for years who is a Dentist. However, she moved to the East Coast. I can only imagine that I would've been treated the same if I went to her office. With that said, nothing compares to the foundation of a good education backed with years of experience. Why I initially chose his office: I received a flyer in the mail for a consultation that included x-rays, cleaning, and a few other things for the final price of $49.99. The quote didn't require dental insurance. I wasn't too fond of my previous dentist, so I decided to try his office out. More on my specific treatment: During my consultation, I noticed that Dr. Courtney took the time to, I guess you can say, manually check each side of my teeth for gum disease. It took roughly 10-20 minutes. I already knew that my gum line has receded in some places. (That's because of years of neglect in junior high and high school. It wasn't until I was about 27 or 28 years old that I started to take it seriously.) He would glide his instrument across the border of the tooth and gum to determine the length the gum had receded. This determines whether you have gum disease. He would relay a number back to his technician every time he determined the length. 1 being fantastic. 6 being the worst. I already knew that certain areas of my gum had receded due to my neglect growing up, but I decided not to tell him. Yeah, in a way, I was testing him. Surprisingly, every time I felt a sensitive brush of his instrument against my teeth, he relayed a 4 of that location to his technician. The Consultation: It was remarkable how he mapped out my teeth and presented it to me afterwards, using x-ray images, his manual technique I described above with a computer image of my teeth, and pictures he had taken inside of my mouth. He showed me the areas I can hold off on (such as two wisdom teeth in my case) and the areas that needed immediate attention; I needed two fillings. I dread fillings. I thought that by flossing twice a day and brushing my teeth as frequently as possible for the last 8 years, I would somehow avoid any such treatment. Furthermore, every single dentist I've gone to in the past has made me feel squeamish in every way possible when it came to injecting needles into my gums and drilling my teeth. Why I'm going to always go back to Dr. Courtney: Quite honestly, I don't know why I was holding onto the chair handles when I received the injections. I couldn't feel a thing and more importantly, he managed to take away the anticipation of the injection. The drilling didn't give me any kind of anxiety either. I felt like I could have sat there all day! Because the treatment was so smooth, I decided to give a lengthy review as to why I thought Dr. Courtney was the best dentist I've ever gone to. read more

Dr. Courtney took my phone call late on Tuesday night before Thanksgiving, I had just gotten off a plane with horrible tooth pain, he told me to come in at 9 the next morning. Now it is the day before Thanksgiving. He tells me I need my wisdom teeth pulled. He calls several oral surgeons, who are of course closed! He gets me into an oral surgeon, who pulls my teeth an hour later. Dr. Courtney went above and beyond, even thought I didn't get to eat any turkey on Thanksgiving.
