They called me back at 2:55,. I told them we should be there in about 10/15 minutes. Office person said if you are 10 minutes late we will have to reschedule. I begged her. She said well let's see. We got to the building at 3:05. I ran into building and asked front desk 208 podiatry. He gave me directions. Got to where he said. Guess what no podiatry in this building. Next one over. Called them at 312 and said we went to wrong building. She said well it's too late. We will have to reschedule. I told her I had already pre-registered. Sorry too late. So ridiculous. I am sure I probably would still be sitting in waiting room if I had been on time. Things happen. I do not know what the drs are like but their office people have no empathy. I have an infection in my foot. Diabetes and neuropathy. But oh well too bad. I am sure they will get the money from insurance. They already got my 50.00 co pay! Never again!

I had to have the top of a blister removed. Dr Peter gave me no information such as what it would feel like, no local anesthesia and no instructions on aftercare. The worst though is one member of the office who is rude both on the phone and in person for no apparent reason. If you work in a dr office you are often dealing with people, sick, in pain or scared. It would be nice if she would either be nicer or leave.

Thankfully someone left a chair in my condo basement to rest in before I got into the elevator. I barely made it to .y unit shaking so fiercely. The boot he gave me did more damage I swear!! My feet are very small and moved around. He should try them out. My recovery was supposed to be 6-8 weeks. Bullshit Matthew!!. I was caught in some truck traffic jam. I did not have a podiatrist, I called my PCP for a recommendation. He referred me to Dr Richard Eisner. I called his office. the staff was very understanding and accommodating. I was given an immediate appointment due to the circumstances. Dr Eisner took xrays to rule out any fractures, then he treated my injury ( I won't go into the details ). Dr. Eisner is extremely thorough, gentile and informative. An expert in his field. I have been to many podiatrist over the years and he is the best. I would and do recommend him to all my family and friends. Thank you Dr Eisner for taking such good care of me and my left foot! :)

I went to Dr. Jewett in June 2015, because I had residual pain after having a neuromectomy in July…read more2014. He mis-diagnosed me with a neuroma, and in spite of me having several unsuccessful cortisone shots in this foot and that there was no evidence of a neuroma in my mri, he felt that another injection was a good idea. Against my better judgement, I went ahead with his suggestion, & as a result can't walk without pain (4 months after the injection). 4 years of foot school & the only diagnosis he can come up with is a neuroma. I have tried to call the office to discuss this, and the office manager is offensive & rude. She told me that I had already taken enough of his time, and that usually patients come in and leave and their problem is fixed. Dr. Jewett also mentioned to me that he took 45 minutes with me, for a 15 minute appointment. It then became clear to me, why he was so quick to give me a cortisone injection. Dr. Jewett wanted to go back in to surgically remove a neuroma that is not even there! It is one of his very few bags of tricks & he wanted me out of there quickly as I had already taken up too much of his time. After going to other doctors, it looks like I have a plantar plate tear & the injection made it significantly worse. His hastiness in diagnosing (mis-diagnosing) me is clear. Dr. Jewett is not a good doctor. Had he taken more time to listen, consider my history, & look at the MRI, this terrible situation could have been avoided. I hate to write a negative reviews, but hopefully this will prevent someone else from having a similar situation with this doctor. Bottom line- avoid the factory docs like this one & cortisone injections.
