She keeps the animal longer then you would expect and doesn't call, so the customer calls and calls l, then she will threatens you. After to many calls she breaks the contract has you sign paper work to get the animal or she will file abandonment forms to the city. Unbelievable. Pay half, then make sure the animal was trained when you pick it up.

"Dog trainer" Lisa Berry endangered my dog by not providing obviously needed medical care when he…read morewas at her training facility and he suffered a dramatic weight loss -- my vet described him as almost emaciated. She had my dog for 2 months' residential training and when he was released -- a large breed puppy of 90 pounds -- had lost 20 pounds, about 20% of his weight. I took him to my vet immediately for severe diarrhea and weight loss. I paid over $2,000 for injury to my dog; and understandably I am concerned about what other harm he endured in her care. She showed a lack of observation and concern, which are the earmarks of effective trainers. Moreover when I was to see her for after -release training, she dismissed me for the dog's lack of focus -- his first time in public for 2 months. Additionally, she inaccurately referred to my dog's kennel behavior as excess energy instead of the boredom that he exhibited by circling continuously in his kennel. Again, a lack of knowledge and concern. When consulted, three certified, nationally recognized dog trainers and behavior experts, as well as my vet, suggested that I sue her. She has not reimbursed my partial vet bill as she agreed and I am pursuing legal remedy for the training cost and the dog's evident distress.
