The first time he called, my husband spoke to a guy who said they needed to see the key first to see if they could do it. Fair enough, but they could have looked the key up first on Google or something. My husband forgot to ask how much it would cost IF they could do it, so he called back. A woman took his call and was short with him, as if she didn't want to be bothered. She snapped, "Oh no - we can't do that!" My husband told her he just talked to a man who told him to bring it down. So then she said "Oh, okay. $2 or $3." When he arrived and handed them the key, she took one look at it and "No we can't do that!" She was very abrupt. We would have shopped a bit for other things, we got the clear impression that our business wasn't wanted. For anything. They were not busy at all. I can understand that they couldn't make the key, but a little more kindness and perhaps some initiative to find out exactly what kind of key we needed would have gone a long way. Since they make keys, and are no doubt familiar with modern fob type car keys, a little engagement of the gray matter would have saved everyone a big hassle.

The benefit of…read morethis place is they have a larger selection of paint colors than big chain home improvement stores. I purchased two sample paints this morning, one of which the sales person said he thought was "ugly". When I returned this afternoon with my final selection of which I wanted a whole gallon, the same sales person told me with his mouthful of Cheetos that it would be about $60 for the gallon. When I asked why it was so high and the same paint is about $35 at Lowe's his response was simply that this location is more for contractors and I would be better off at Home Depot or Lowe's. Thus I left here empty handed.

We are using the airless now and it works great. And the guy at the front desk was also very nice and friendly. Recommend you bring your stuff here because they will give you a great deal.

Their epoxy hi gloss coating is very easy to apply and dries well. It DOES in fact YELLOW even though they claim it doesnt. I had several jobs I completely redid because of this. The sharkthane also easy to apply and dries well, however I stopped shooting it as it came in a slightly blue hue every time. ? Also, I have ordered from napco and hawk before, usually took 5 days to get an order in Cali, E.A.H is about half the distance, still took five days. ? The expertise is definitely there, gary and anna are very helpful Good prices, easy to use products.

Went in to pick up two fans I ordered delivered to this store…read moreHow pleasant it was to be greeted and serve by a gentleman named Frank at the service desk He had trouble keying in the proper code to find it He asked the lead trainer she just said you can't scan you have to type the numbers in Frank apologized and kept trying with no result What the lead trainer came over she looked pissed and dressed in my opinion Frank down because he didn't enter a hash mark She left I told Frank to relax and take his time we're all learning He graciously helped with loading the product to my car Frank is an asset to your store please get him some tech help to improve skills he shouldn't be stuck new and on his own But if I owned Home Depot Frank would have a job for life because he is customer service orientated Good luck Frank enjoyed meeting you boomer to boomer lol

Some things to keep in mind with this The Home Depot is that during the mornings (weekdays and weekends) they can get very busy with all the orders from contractors, so if you need to get ahold of someone for a specific transaction I would recommend coming later in the day. Their garden section is always amazing and they do carry a wide selection of indoor and outdoor houseplants. I also like that they started to offer discounts on some of our regional plants that are better for our San Antonio weather. If you are looking to purchase a shed, please keep in mind that there is one person managing those transactions across multiple stores. So make sure to give them a call ahead of time to see when they will be at this location so you can plan your trip accordingly. Last but not least, I recently purchased some "exotic" plants at this location and they misplaced them and had a cheaper price tag from what they were supposed to be. Thankfully the manager offered me the cheaper price and left the store with an amazing deal.
