They had no problem charging me but certainly are taking their time in getting back to me about the installation. You would think when they screwed it up they would want to fix it asap. Unfortunately this hasn't been the case. I even told them I had to postpone other renovations work due to them not getting the vanity installed on time. I will NEVER order anything from this Lowe's or use their installation services again.
