The only downside to this place is their hours.They close at 5pm - cant go after work and they are closed sunday - which is 50% of the week available to me for doing home repairs etc. The short of it is that this place is an awesome hardware store and I much prefer supporting them over the big chains.

Asked him a few questions about fertilizer which he answered and steered me to an associate in that area. Along the way I noticed bird seed which I needed. It was on sale 2 for 1. Another associate was called over as he knew more about that. I was thrilled with the knowledgeable and personal and polite service I was receiving. The whole store vibe was incredible. I saw a circular offering 25% off before I checked out. The outside associate happened to be nearby and handled the transaction. He was very nice too. So the 25% off coupon bonus was applied to the fertilizer. With the discount and the free bag of bird seed I saved over 25 dollars and got the best retail service experience I've ever experienced! We love the West Elm outlet and got an incredible deal on our couch…read more They have a section where they sell couch pieces by the section for $100 each, so say it's missing the chaise or arm (which you can buy at retail) they send it to this section. So we ended up being there at the right time and day to snag one of their modular sectionals, which was 5 pieces just missing the arm. It was a $6k couch, which we got for $400 and we ordered the missing arm, which ended up being $450 on it's own at retail, but still a major win. I did go at least 3x a week to see their fresh inventory for about 3 weeks straight while on the hunt for a good deal, but in the end, it was awesome. My wife and I venture out there anytime we visit the Wrentham Outlets. Our next haul will be for a dining table, which they do have at a 40-50% discount from time to time. We've bought light fixtures too, at a great discount, and little by little, outfitting our home with quality furniture pieces. If you're in the area, I highly recommend visiting.
