We were told to look at the colors on our phones, that was the extent of service we got. The "designer" told me it would take 72 hours to get a rendering of our house because she was leaving for her weekend (it was 11 am) so it would be next Thursday because she "hand paints" the computer generated image??? We also heard her go on and on about not liking spicy food. If you are forced to pick your HOA colors from Dunn & Edward's please get paint from anywhere else! Clearly they really feel like they have you trapped with the crappy service and even worse business hours for people who have a day job.

She was patient in working with me to understand the "why" of her color presentations, made me feel secure in choosing something out of my comfort zone, brought us out of the past into a more contemporary palette, all while being humble and not pushing her preferences or agenda. This was a communication error on both sides, so I really appreciated the refund as I was only asking for half and received all of my money back. I am changing my review to 5 stars as I have always had great experience with Dunn-Edwards service and products in the past. Also, if I need a Modern Masters product in the future, I will certainly go into it knowing they are very supportive of Dunn-Edwards and their customer base.

They kept up selling and sticking to the narrative of not having any 5 gallon primers even with proof of me saying it is available on your website. I went to the Tempe store and they had it and sold it to me for half the cost because they were honest. Shame on this store with their Store Manager and Assistant Manager trying to rip me off. The painter we hired uses only Dunn-Edwards paints, so we headed over to this location to get some…read moresamples to see what colors would look good on our walls. While the selection of colors here isn't as extensive as Benjamin Moore, they did have some good shades to pick from. The samples came in a fairly large plastic jar, for a very reasonable price. The only gloss choice they have for the samples is "velvet", which was fine since that was the finish we wanted for our interior anyways. The paint was easy to apply, with good coverage. I've been by a few times, and each time service has been cheerful and friendly. With our paint job finished, I'm loving the wall colors! We also had our exterior trim painted which Dunn-Edwards matched quite well using a paint chip from a Sherwin Williams brand color. Our trim also looks great!
