The shade did not match the wall when applied. That store would not provide a refund. Carson and the guys here tried to help me out the best that they could. They tried very hard to match the original color to a new gallon of paint. They were courteous and kind. They even provided me a refund for the previous gallon retrieved from the other store.

If a business sucks, giving out free samples is just a waste of their money. I got to experience how much they suck, but at least I didn't have to pay for it! So first off, this place is only open until 6 on weekdays, until 4 on Saturdays, and not at all on Sundays. It took me like a month and a half to find a time to go there when they would actually be open. This is a huge disadvantage of this place because I could just go to one of the large hardware stores nearby and get paint for the same price and not have to accommodate my schedule to theirs. Once I actually got into the store, it didn't take long to realize why their hours are like that; they only cater to contractors. There was one contractor in the store and I was pretty much ignored while they chatted on and on with the contractor. When they finally did mix my paint up, they let it sit in the shaker for quite a while after it had finished; they didn't want to bother grabbing it for me. They do offer a full quart as a sample which is nice, but they would only do it in a flat sheen. I won't mark them down for this because obviously it's just supposed to be a sample, but they did have a chance to really shine here and they just didn't take it. The paint itself was just fine. It didn't go on any better or worse than the budget contractor-grade paint I've been using. All in all this place was just fine, but I just don't see a reason to come here over a big hardware store that is open later, has better customer service, offers more products, and offers the same prices.

While searching for a specific item, I approached several employees for assistance. Rather than taking a moment to help or walk me to the product, I was simply pointed toward the other side of the store and left to continue searching on my own. One of the reasons customers choose a neighborhood hardware store over a large box retailer is the expectation of knowledgeable, helpful service. Unfortunately, that was not my experience during this visit. I felt ignored and unimportant as a customer. Based on this experience, this will likely be my last visit to this location. Customer service is what keeps people coming back, and if improvements are not made, I believe the store will continue to lose loyal customers.

This wonderful person did not present himself with distress even after picking up three heavy boxes from his truck to our doorstep. (5 of 5) Product: The items we ordered were just okay. The cushions were vacuumed-packed and did not fluff-up like advertised. As far as comfort level, we'd say these are nice for short periods of time. Personally, we feel they may not last very long, but that's on us for not going to check on the product and order only after seeing images of it.
