They were able to use the specific paint brand, quality and color that we selected without a significant price increase. There is a man behind the counter, but he has been talking to another man, whom I took to be a customer, the whole time. He looks over to me, stops, and gives me that look like he is greatly irritated he has to pause his conversation. I am asked if I need help. I ask where the Pittsburgh Paints are. He sort of waves his hand and says no, all the paint lines he has are located in the far corner. I start to mention the website and ask if he knows where in the area I can go. On the day of the job, only 1 guy showed up. Paint job was supposed to take 1 day, it took 3. They used the wrong paint and refused to refund me the cost. The paint they used stank so bad my asthma got triggered. The guy that was painting was rude and obnoxious, never came on time and took 4 hour lunches!! Will never hire them again. Consider yourself warned.
