Instead, I was greeted immediately by Bridget, who turned what I expected to be a color-chip scavenger hunt into an unexpectedly pleasant experience. She knew the shades I mentioned off the top of her head and led me straight to them. No wandering the aisles squinting at the teeny tiny names of 400 slightly different blues. She even suggested complimentary colors I never would've picked on my own. (Thank you, Bridget!) The paint store visit I was dreading turned into a breeze. Not sure if management changed or if they just got smarter about hiring, but Bridget is a serious asset. If I were the owner, I'd guard Bridget like the last gallon of paint during a supply shortage. Shilpark paint is the ONLY place that made it easy for my husband to order quality paint. Including Home Depot and Lowe's! Also, Shilpark actually answers the phone. ALL of the stores and online were sold completely out of the face masks. I went in to just buy one respirator mask, then later came back to buy two for my elderly parents. They had already SOLD ALL OF the last 12 to another customer. I came in just as the customer was about to leave with all twelve masks. I asked if I could buy two of them for my parents who are well into their 60s and my mom has COPD. Instead of telling me NO they are sold out they asked the customer if he wouldn't mind. I mean really, he could have just said no and walked away, but he said to find out if anybody else had masks left. They called around to different locations to find extra face masks and found more at a different location. The customer "unbought" two so PPG could sell the masks to me for my parents. Thank you to the VERY understanding customer and to the people that work there that went above and beyond! They were friendly and SUPER HELPFUL. I am grateful to know people like them still exist.

We decided to move forward, and we left it up to him to provide and plant what was needed to create a perfect space that was both functional for entertainment and really pleasant to just relax and enjoy. Gio and his team did not disappoint. He met (and exceeded) our expectations, and stuck to the schedule and budget. And he didn't just create planter areas and new lawn, he also installed a paver walkway to match our existing patio stones. When he was finished with the original scope, he offered to maintain the rear yard to make sure our investment (and his hard work) would continue to look as good as the day he finished. He is not a typical "mow-blow-& go" gardening service. When he and his team arrive, they look around, see whatever needs care and attention, make everything right, and leave every inch of the yard neatly trimmed and clean.
