Justin worked extremely hard on color matching my color and got it to the exact color. After all that I decided to go with a completely different color and I felt bad that I had wasted money on the first gallon. When I told Justin that, he told me that it wasn't a waste and he explained how to use that gallon in my project as a primer....and guess what, it turned out perfect! This was a communication error on both sides, so I really appreciated the refund as I was only asking for half and received all of my money back. I am changing my review to 5 stars as I have always had great experience with Dunn-Edwards service and products in the past. Also, if I need a Modern Masters product in the future, I will certainly go into it knowing they are very supportive of Dunn-Edwards and their customer base.
