Never spoke of the price or told me that the paint was thin and took 16 hours to dry. After he mixed the paint he rang me up for $75 for a one gallon can of paint!! I begrudgingly paid for it thinking I had a good product that was worth the price. I felt the price was extreme. The paint was difficult to work with. It was thin, sticky, and dripped a lot. I gave up on the paint quickly and I bought paint at Lowe's that covered way better, dried quickly, evened out, and required fewer coats. I tried to return my $75 mistake and they said they couldn't return tinted paint. My paint color was white. I used very little of the paint bc it was so difficult to smooth all the drips plus the thin coverage was terrible. I was not informed about the paint or it's coverage, or the price, or their return policy when I purchased the paint. Other company's return products that fail the consumer. I've returned paint to Lowe's a few times with no problems. I learned a hard and expensive lesson today as I drive away with my $75 paint that I can't use or return. I'll never shop with Hoover paint again

Not wanting to tear out drywall I wanted a fan box that laps onto the joist. My go to is usually Lowes. While picking up the box I grab some other supplies. I was not able to find what I was looking for. Lowes now has sparsely located some buttons to call for help. Help arrive after a bit of a wait. The associate was "ambushed" by three people as I watched down the aisle. He was polite and very helpful. We found the only box in a box and I was on way. In the parking I decide to open the box to see if it were complete. The box was only usable on the edge of a 2X but my joists have a 3x facing down. The box won't fit. So I went back to customer service and exchanged the box in a box for my $5.68 back. I headed off to Home Depot who had the correct Universal box. Lowe's selection for home retrofit projects is getting limited.

What was the dozen of items included a rack with Easter items; Easter was almost 2 months ago. Both my husband and I found the ad to be very misleading. I graduated from college back in the 70's with a degree in retailing and worked in the industry for a number of years. While the woman behind the counter made light of our complaints I remember this type of advertising being labeled as "bait and switch" We did purchase a couple of items and when we got home they charged a service fee on our purchase for using a credit card. It would have been nice if like other retail establishments and restaurants you indicated there would be a service charge for using a card. Well folks you lost our future business. The owner responded to my review . There was no sign indicating a charge for Credit card purchases on the counter at the point of sale as she indicated in her response. And I copied and pasted the exact wording in quotes in my review via the email we received regarding the sale.. I have viewed Instagram videos over the years and the owner cashed me out. When I demanded to speak to a manager Jacob called me and that's when this whole experience started off right. Jacob helped me get the shed I wanted and delivery time was accurate. David delivered my shed yesterday and I am impressed. He brought his two sons and they built it in 6 hours. It's perfect craftmanship and exactly what I wanted. Only reason for 4 stars is the salesperson Nick who should not be selling there.

My work just recently purchased me a 10x16 unit. They deliver, set up and leveled everything. No fuss no muss. I am sure the utility shed will last for decades to come. Shed looks great. Paint is still fresh. Now just to add some final touches, like shelving, steps, and lattice.
