Not "shipped, in transit, will arrive" info. I called the store and they said you have to check with the online store. Tried to use the chat option, but due to Covid, they aren't offering that assistance. Plus their you get to call the customer service and be on hold for 19 minutes, only to hear, it is in transit. When I asked, what does that mean...a week more, 2 weeks, etc.? Not going to mess with this vendor in the future.

Another great thing about this store is if they don't carry an item in store, you can order it online and have it shipped to the store for free. I walked around the store for a bit. Every aisle had a sign on the top of where things could be located. It was kind of like walking in a grocery store. I really liked that because I felt it looked really organized. I went to stand in line at the front, and the man that worked there just approached me to ask if he could help. I asked for the product I needed, and he even walked me to the aisle it was in. It wasn't there in the aisle, so he told me he would go to the back and look for it. Sure enough, he brought out a big box of them, and handed me what I needed, and also took the rest to stock them up in the aisle. He was also the one that checked us out. He took them out of the box so that I could see them. He was knowledgeable and passionate. He made shopping for a vinyl liner repair kit kind of fun. When I told him that I thought my leak was near the skimmer, he told me how to take the skimmer off, remove the gasket and apply the product directly to the skimmer. The shop is clean, has lots of selection and a delightful staff. Highly recommend.

After sending everything they requested for the discount, the guy I spoke with added the discount to my cart but when I went to checkout, the discount was gone. I called back and asked for a manager and she said that they could no longer do the price match and had deleted the discount from my cart! She told me that they don't really have to price match because of a loophole that's written into their policy. Don't waste your time and do your research because you will find that you can easily find the exact same items that they sell for 1/2 the price or more for what they charge. They are a big company and should honor the price match that they claim to have. I will never waste my time again trying to get a price match from them. I will just buy elsewhere at retailers who charge a fair price upfront. It's very easy to google the exact same products that they sell and find them for a fraction of what they are charging. Unfortunately they are just a big company who wants to upsell and gauge consumers.
