They have their own accounts and I have had one for more than 20 years. When I am doing smaller jobs by myself I often send my costumers to this store to pick out colors and sometimes buy paint. I have been using this store for about 5 years. The fairly new manager has never been very polite or helpful. I recently sent some customers to pick out colors. They called from store to ask what kind of paint as they wanted to go ahead and pick it up. They got a price then I called back and said to buy under my account. The manager tried to charge them over 10 dollars a gallon more than a walk of the street price... I'm done with this store...

When I walked in Sara immediately told me she couldn't look me up and that she didn't know anything about the call that took place 20 minutes prior to me arriving. She didn't even attempt to type my name/number into the system as the employee in the other Sherwin Williams location did. She claimed she "couldn't do that" in a curt manner. Sara clearly had no interest in helping me and did not want to be bothered. This is not the first time this happened. When I told my boyfriend about this experience he told me the same thing happened to him. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS STORE. They do not care to do the bare minimum and you'll leave frustrated.

The owner came out personally to evaluate the project and then completed the work with his brother. They pressure washed, scraped and sanded, repaired cracks, patched masonry, installed replacement wall caps, primed, and painted the wall. The finished result transformed the property. I also hired them to restore and repaint my deck. They pressure washed it, replaced more boards than expected, reinforced parts of the structure, and applied a beautiful finish that suits the home. Not one of the three (3) employees greeted me. I wet towards the pain to make every attempt to find the color was I looking for and purchase paint, especially since there is a 40% discount. Not one single employee made their way to me to even ask if I needed anything. I obtained some paint colors and left the store at 3:57 PM, to which one person at the register said,"Have a time day.". The audacity to not say hello when I walked in, but they damn sure said goodbye since I was leaving. As I walked to my car, that same employee locked the door at 3:58PM. If the store had cameras, all of this is caught on tape. Shame on management for not teaching their employees better. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS STORE.
