Primark is an Irish retailer of affordable fashion for men, women and children. Other locations also carry home items, but not the Danbury location. They are very popular across the British Isles as well as several countries across Europe. The Primark in Danbury is part of the Danbury Fair Mall, the good news is you can access it as its own store, no need to go through the mall. This store is massive, there were so many shoes when we first walked in. There's hair accessories, purses and other small knickknacks. The clothes aren't super organized. The hangers are marked with various sizes, but they are actually all random sizes hung on random hangers. This was everywhere, same with the shoes. I am a bit selective when it comes to clothes shopping, I prefer my items to be mostly cotton. Cotton items were difficult to find or non existent at Primark. We spent two hours here and all I found were two items. Keeping in mind that they are a fast fashion retailer, the quality isn't always there. Loose strings, uneven stitching, unavailable sizes are all a part of the gamble. The wait to access a fitting room was surprisingly fast and efficient. The line to check out was long but moved fast, due to several open registers. I'm glad I experienced Primark, while they aren't for me, they might be for you. Marshalls, Target and Amazon are more accessible for me.

Hello, I want to report the windsor store inside of your mall as they have tried scamming me both…read moreof the 2 times I've went in there on seperate occasions, scanning items multiple times and only fixing it when I tell them they scanned my items multiple times and not saying anything then telling me to pay again, I spoke to some of my friends who also have went there and they did the same exact thing to them, I noticed the girl working there wasnt going to scan my item multiple times until the manager walked behind her and whispered something to her about me having money and then she scanned my item again. My friends have been overcharged and only noticing after they check the receipt and the store manager refuses to accept any responsibility.

Very deceiving since it seems like a tiny spot but it's actually pretty big with very reasonable pricing and amazing vintage stuff. They even have a small selection of vintage clothing.
