It has been a few months now and they have since replied with a formal corporate response dusting their hands of our claim. We purchased almost 1000 sqft of their Arrowhead large plank wood look tile for our main floor remodel project. This is why I recommend that you NEVER use Bedrosians: * We paid extra to have our tile delivered and the delivery never showed up. They didn't even have us in the system. We were then told that they couldn't deliver until the following week. That doesn't work when you have an installer on a tight schedule. We had to rent a heavy duty truck and transport almost 5000lbs of tile ourself to have it ready to go the next day. * Our installers pulled out tile and checked for quality and found 4 tiles spread throughout the boxes that were white and totally washed out. (Shown in image) This made us uneasy so we paid close attention to tiles being laid to avoid placing an oddball tile. Unfortunately, that didn't save us from the next issue! * LARGEST ISSUE, after all tile was laid, grouted and cleaned, we removed the plastic from our windows and found that a large portion of the tile was semigloss sheen when the order was matte!!! They only make one sheen of this product and it clearly shows matte on our order sheet. This is a major quality issue and is impossible to overlook. Mixing sheens is very distracting and tacky. The only way to fix the issue would be to rip out all tile and start over. This was impossible to detect earlier because of the plastic on the windows to protect the shutters. Their manager Michelle did what she could to help us, even coming out to our home to check things out, but ultimately the company decided to screw us over. Their corporate customer service does not respond to emails. Michelle has been instructed not to help us any further as well. They refuse to take any responsibility for their quality mistake and are deciding to ignore us because the cost to actually fix the problem is too high (since we added radiant heating under the tile). Before you choose where to buy your tile from, know that things will definitely go wrong at some point with Bedrosians, there were too many issues along the way. Know that if things really go bad with your order, they lack the integrity to fix their wrongs and make it right. They will ignore you and hide from their problems. Tile is forever, these blemishes won't go away, and you will have to look at the quality issues until you decide to rip it out some day and buy from someone else.

I read the reviews of poor customer service prior to going in but decided ti go in after my contractor said the tile I wanted was in stock. I walked up to the desk with my tile sample to order and the young woman, Aurora, rolled her eyes at me and acted like helping me was ruining her whole day. Her tone in speaking to when answering my questions was very rude. I don't know anything about tile, so it's normal to have questions and ask for information and she could not be bothered ti answer them in a helpful way. Another woman started helping me and when I finished my purchase I expressed my frustration and disappointment in the customer service especially from Aurora. The woman apologized and said they were short staffed (there was only me and one other person being helped and 3 sales people) and the girl was new. I told her I had seen the reviews of their poor service and told her that I'd be writing a similar review based on my experience. They have multiple bad reviews on their customer service, and it doesn't seem to be something they care enough to do anything about. Do NOT recommend.

I asked if I should take it then and they said no, just get it when you need it. I told them to PLEASE call and lmk if at anytime I need to get it since I didn't want to lose this tile. Only to show up a few months later and it was gone. No one knew what happened to it. Got a refund but I had designed a couple things around this tile. Decided not to use them for the rest of our tile needs since they are pretty pricey and somewhat limited on selection. Just go to Floor and Decor.

Worst customer service I've experienced -- the "manager" "Ryan" seriously needs to be retrained or…read morereplaced. I tried to return a tool less than 24 hours after buying it. I had the receipt, the tool was in original packaging (yes, opened -- because how else do you find out it works?), and I repacked everything neatly. I was respectful the entire time -- just trying to return something that didn't work for my car. I had bought an impact drill to remove lug nuts, but it wasn't strong enough. Simple as that. I tested it once, realized it wasn't going to cut it, and brought it back in perfect condition. No damage, no wear, no nonsense. It just didn't have the right torque for what I needed. The day before, I specifically asked about the return policy. The guy told me, "90 days with a receipt." Plain and simple. I even said, "I might return it if it doesn't work or if I don't end up needing it." His response? "Just so you know, we don't rent tools." Like... thanks? I never said I was renting it. But okay, passive-aggressive much? Then when I actually come back to return it, he suddenly flips the script and says, "We don't accept open returns," and accuses me of trying to rent it. Wild assumption. Now he's putting words in my mouth and making up motives. And just to make it even more petty, he told his team to deny any future returns from me if I ever come back. Like, what?? That's just bizarre behavior over a standard return request. Instead of handling it professionally, he made it weirdly personal. Over a $160 tool that wasn't even broken. The managers name was Ryan. corporate needs to take a serious look at how this guy treats paying customers. He turned a simple return into some kind of power trip. Hope the $17/hour was worth the ego boost, champ.
