I cannot comprehend how they can fit everything I need in such a small store without it feeling overly cramped -- but they do it well here! They will give honest recommendations for what you ask and will not try to upsell you on products just to make an extra buck. They are more focused on earning loyal, returning customers than creating a bad experience with higher sales. The mix of friendliness, honestly, and helpfulness has turned me into a loyal, returning customer for anything and everything I can purchase here.

When I brought it back that afternoon for help in starting it, the man who had sold it to me was very unprofessional, with a complete lack of people skills. He got angry and contradicted me, claiming to know everything since he'd been to Stihl "school". But he was wrong. Stihl's own directions for breaking in a new saw contradict what he said. Where do they find these people? I hope I don't ever have to go back there again.

Then she said the other clerk was a new employee and needed help. I said I was a new customer, needed help and could have used even a hello. She said that she's said hello when we walked in and how was she supposed to keep track? That's why you acknowledge and talk to the person right in front of you...so you know. She talked over me and when she said she'd called to talk about what happened, I said how could she hear what I had to say if she couldn't shut her mouth long enough to hear. I got a "how dare you" and she hung up. Please...I came into the store excited about a new paint project and ended up dealing with an over inflated ego. Stop with the fake indignation. How does a hurricane a month plus ago equate to accepting bad service? From the previous reviews, I see this wasn't a one time, off day. So we own a unit within a compound on Dauphin island that mandates what color your unit is and this…read moreis the only place you can supposedly get your paint. Quite a coo. So our unit was painted freshly three years ago but we had one board of Hardiplank that needed scraping and paint ting. We knew that Alabama sun can be brutal and we were willing to paint an entire wall if needed to match the paint. We brushed o. The first layers and it was yellow/tan, our unit is coral. Not even close. We pulled out our previous can of touch up paint and it was close to the current color. Called the business and we were told that the formula was accurate and that that color starts out yellow and fades to a brighter pink tone. I worked for Benjamin Moore corporate for 9 years and that's impossible. Never offered to check the formula, match our current color or offer a return or refund. We will find someone else to make our home the proper color. $50 bucks and a day trip to Mobile for naught.
