She was an amazing help and so patient. I felt zero pressure from her to go with one combo of tiles over the other. She pointed out many things I might encounter down the road which was helpful. When I came back to pick up the tile order the manager helped load it and open the boxes to make sure nothing was damaged. Turns out one of the boxes did have broken tile which saved me a couple hours of driving back when I discovered it. They were all very helpful. The selection of tile and flooring is wonderful. I compared it to what I came to see and it wasn't even close but they connected me with Matt who happened to recognize the slightly unique sheen and thought he knew what it was. He ordered 3 different colors of the product and as it turns out he was spot on. Matt was able to match my existing floor exactly with the same product and ordered enough for my job. Caulking was included in the purchase but was not used. In one of the pics where I had removed tile in entryway to install new tile, it shows the plank was cut and left uneven. I would recommend LL not use these installers in the future. They were nice guys but loud (I work from home), unprofessional, used my tools without asking, left a pile of debris that should have been removed from premises based on work order.

It is so very nice to work with someone knowledgeable, kind, engaging, willing to make suggestions that make sense that I otherwise would not have considered. I couldn't have been farther off base in my assumption. The only similarity is the helpful staff working in the store, which gained this place an extra star. They greet patrons as they enter and offer to help them find things. Initially, I said I was going to browse around a little and pick up the things I needed. I ended up going back asking for help finding items I was looking for. The clerk working helped me look for the items I needed and then told me they are not actually an Ace Hardware Store anymore. They're an authorized Ace retailer, so they now sell some Ace products, but don't carry all normal items. She wasn't kidding! They don't carry most Ace products. No paint, no stain, etc. This place is mostly a feed store, I guess. I ended up going to Home Depot to get what I needed, they had it. I simply prefer to support the small businesses in a community. In this case, I bought two items at each place. I will try visiting another Ace hardware that's across town that the clerk recommended. I'm pretty sure I won't be back to this store.
