It required two passes to achieve the same cut quality as my old gas-powered mower. Additionally, the self-propelled feature felt clunky and was difficult to maneuver, making the mowing experience more cumbersome than convenient. I was hoping to make the switch away from gas and oil for conveince and environmental reasons, but unfortunately, this unit doesn't meet my needs. I've decided to return to using my old reliable gas mower for now. Now for Ace, I tried to return the mower after using it for 30-minutes and cleaning it up. I was told because I used it, they would not take it back. Off to Ace corporate to see if they can help!

Cashier Sally got us help, but no one could find a bucket. I stated "well that sucks we have to find another store just to get a bucket". Eileen heard my comment said hold on a minute. She then went over behind customer service desk, emptied a bucket being used as a trash bin, then brought it to us. THIS IS great customer service saved me lots of time.

We applied a small section of each to a board to put up next to our brick home to decide the winner. I wasn't sure which type of Behr paint to buy and Jess was very helpful. He asked me a few questions and I asked him a few questions and we landed on what we would need. I ordered 3 gallons of paint. He got the paint in the shaking/mixing machine, gave me some wood stirrers and a metal pry key and a plastic pour spout. I didn't know some paint lids were now plastic, cool! I told him my painter was coming within the next couple of days. He said make sure that the painter doesn't paint outside if the temperature is above 90 degrees because the paint might not adhere correctly and flake off. Luckily my painter started early in the morning snd got the job done before the heat of the day. Thanks Jess for all of your helpful advice! I then headed to the check out lanes and I was greeted by Joyce! She was so nice and friendly and rang up my paint lickety split! It was nice having two very pleasant employees take care of me!

So, in the event you have a catastrophic even, likely you will have to change because you will not be able to duplicate your choice. i had that issue, wayer damage, and to keep from starting all over, I wanted to only replace what was damaged to keep what i have and love. Chewy, Annabelle and Chris at the Mansfield Tx store were amazing, very helpful and tried to do what was within their job descriptions to help but, F&D policies, process and procedure are not consumer friendly, not consistent with what is stated, promoted on their website consistentl. To make a king story short, they found the "discontinued" flooring in three (3) different states, $450.00 for the flooring, and shipped BECAUSE THEY DON'T SHIP... charged $450 per store for over $1,200.00 for Shipping. Highway robbery and raping their customer. I ONLY did so to save time. However, I still need flooring for four (4) other rooms and F&D manager would rather loose money, approximately $2,000 or more in sales, than expense the freight. Hell, they didn't bother to send the product back to main warehouse to ship to a store. Want that money... bottom line, they lost money. The store manager wasnof no help, so he can keep working hard and if I were you, be careful and spend your money wisely... else where.

When in the gardening section the gentleman there was giving great advice, but mentioned he wished that someone else was there. He stepped away to call the person whose day off it was, who agreed with his advice, and then came back and followed up with us to ensure that we were doing the best thing for our new landscaping. I don't know when I've had better customer service, these people know their stuff and actually care about your home. Do not hesitate to give them your business!
