Rather than giving generic advice or trying to upsell me, he asks thoughtful questions about the project and helps me find the right product for the job. He's helped me match colors from other paint suppliers, recommended products based on my goals and even set up an account so all of my paint selections, colors and product history are saved for future reference. That level of organization has been a huge help as I've worked through several renovation projects. What really stands out is the personal touch. On more than one occasion, Jarrod has remembered me, remembered my projects and even followed up on previous purchases. After I bought paint for my cabinets, he asked how the project turned out and whether the product delivered the smooth finish I was looking for. It's rare these days to find someone who genuinely cares about the outcome after the sale is complete. The entire team has been friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, including carrying paint out to my vehicle.
