My husband decided to have the house re-roofed and painted, and we picked a grey gutter, which determined our fascia board paint, etc. I'm not good with color, yet I'm involved in picking paint colors. Ugh! I will pick the worst nail colors too!! And have to live with it 'til the next fill. Anyway, I tried the visualize your paint app, and struggled, I'm challenged. Sigh. Couldn't find the color number. Turns out it was an old color card from the gutter company. The Assistant Store Manager Richard was quick to assist me, understanding the situation immediately and graciously speaking with my painting/gutter guy, getting the new number for the color that will match my gutter. Evidence shows that people have decorated their living space as far back as 40,000 years ago using what could be called paint. Was in to buy paint. Cool, well-organized store. Staff was not as knowledgeable about paint as we reasonably expected from a store specializing in paint. I blame management. It was an annoyance more than a hindrance as we are pretty knowledgeable about paint so were easily able to identify and obtain the paint we wanted. Has NO public bathroom; a bummer for seniors and disabled. That's a minus 1 star. This is one of the cleanest and best paint stores I've ever been to. That alone elevates this businesses rating. But makes this place a 5-star Exceptional Experience is the customer service. The manager Lynda is knowledgeable and helpful. The other staff are also great, including Abner. I had purchased 7 paint samples from Lowe's. All the while I struggled to find the right shade of grey. After speaking with Lynda, I learned that due to mixes and paint, a SW color would likely be different on the wall. I took home a sample of the color I had been considering and it wasn't quite what I wanted. I went back once more and found what I wanted. They also helped me to pick out complimentary accent colors and determine the right paint quality and sheen for my project. Thanks to the 40% off sale, the price was comparable with Lowe's but I got a higher quality product and knowledgeable service. read more

I have never had more issues then I have with Sherwin Williams. In my latest attempt to order paint from them they took my order, never called me and when I finally called them they said they had no record of my order and that was that. Go to Reno paint mart. This place is terrible. read more
