I needed some more paint but the label with the color was pretty tore up and you could not see the color. I took a picture of the label and they were not only able to tell me the color, but they produced a hand written 3" x 5" card with paint sample on the card from 10 years ago. I was helped by Jose and Sam and both gentlemen were very knowledgeable. They helped us pick out some brushes and educated us on a few painting tips. They load the paint in your car for you and the entire customer experience was very good. I highly recommend this company. Paint Quality - The paint on my house is 10 years old and is still in very good shape. When I applied the new paint to my house there was almost no color difference between the 10 year old paint and the new paint, I was extremely impressed.

Most recently, I had some questions about dry rot repairs that a carpenter had completed during the exterior job. But my husband really wanted a dead blow hammer, and not seeing one, he went and found an associate and asked about it. The person he asked didn't seem to know what it was, but pointed us to the hammer section (where we'd just been). They did not have what hubby wanted there, and we refrained from teasing the employee about their famous tagline, "If we don't have it, you don't need it," though it was hard! lol. Anyway, we were in and out pretty quickly and painlessly. Parking was easy. Store was pretty calm at night, shortly before closing, and we didn't have to wait in line to check out.

Spent 15 minutes, looking for a cart and no one could help me find one. I almost gave up. I was then directed to go out in the parking lot. I found where all the flat carts are - way out in the parking lot. Because they are hard to move, they put it on the customer to bring them in from the front. So if you're in the appliances aisle or decide to buy something that's in a big box, you need to go directly to the outer parking lot and fetch yourself a flat cart. Not joking.
