4 1/2 Stars I just shopped at the Rohnert Park Kelly-Moore Paints today and was so pleased to discover that the former manager, Karissa, has returned! Another pleasant and welcome surprise are new female employees to the Rohnert Park store. Anna is a fairly recent transfer to this store and she has such a wonderful attitude and beautiful smile. Jennaca is still there, but Shane has transferred to become a manager of another Kelly-Moore location. I value two things most when shopping; quality of service from the employees, and quality of product I am buying. Kelly-Moore Rohnert Park now has a great staff whom I respect for both their professionalism and their sincere friendliness. I personally feel that any work environment greatly benefits from the addition of women. The fact that the Rohnert Park Kelly-Moore has at least as many women as men makes it feel more balanced, and for me, a more personable place to shop. I continue to love all the various caulking, sealing, and priming products Kelly-Moore manufactures. Unfortunately, I still do not think Kelly-Moore paint itself is in the same league as industry front runner Benjamin Moore. I have not found any paint anywhere as high a quality as Benjamin Moore Aura products. That being said, Kelly-Moore Paints is located conveniently near my home. All the other products Kelly-Moore sells is great quality and I will continue to shop there for those items. The Rohnert Park store has a knowledgeable, experienced group of painting pros that I enjoy seeing and talking with. My Dad was a contractor and always got all of his paint from Kelly-Moore. They always did right by him and now they take care of my paint needs. Today I specifically want to thank the folks at Kelly-Moore for giving my two kids who have asthma free face masks to protect them from the acrid smoke from the currently burning Santa Rosa area fires. Needed a stain to match my new flooring for a beam I am installing was told by multiple stores it could not be matched, took floor to Kelly Moore in Rohnert Park, Anthony Buentipo was amazing called the same day I dropped off floor sample and had us come in to show us stain he had created, his Customer Service was impeccable and he really cared...definitely would recommend stopping by and talking to Anthony about any paint needs! read more

Ridiculously RUDE custmer service from Esperanza today. Could not have been more unprofessional. Have used them for years and went in to match my house paint ( their color). Brought in my last can. She was rude and rushed from the start, and snotty. She said tough we don't use the same formula anymore (its 5 years old) Also $22 for a quart. Hope it looks passable. read more

I would not recommend this store. First of all, they mixed up a stain instead of paint to match stain. I did not realize the problem until I got home (long drive). Drove back the next day, no one apologised for the mix up or took any responsibility for the error, did not offer any discount for my trouble. Customer service is non existent in this store. It was borderline rude. And to top it all off, the paint does not match and I will need to repaint!! Stay away from this place. read more

Love this place! Customer service is great and paint is awesome! We have done every room in our house with Kelly Moore paint. We have a paint wheel so we pick the color, walk in, they make it and deliver it to my car for me. So much better than the large department stores. Started coming hear two years ago and I would highly recommend to everyone. Great place, great experience! read more

After many failed attempts to get a color that matched our walls at the beginning of October, we went to Kelly-Moore with a tiny piece of paint from our wall and they matched it perfectly on the first try. It was such a relief after going to other stores and being disappointed when the color wasn't even close to what we had to touch up. Not only did they save us from our paint matching nightmare, the clerks were very courteous and professional. While we were waiting for our paint to be done, we witnessed one of the ladies that works there spend no less than 20 minutes explaining the differences between paints and when the best time to paint was. She was so professional and obviously knew what she was talking about. It's rare to see such great customer service nowadays, but the Kelly-Moore staff definitely knows what they're doing! We won't waste our time going anywhere beside Kelly-Moore now! read more

When I first went to this store it had one - One Star review so I was prepared for the worst service. However, I needed some Kelly Moore paint - our townhouse was painted with it and, to match the walls so I could do some spot fixes, I needed the exact paint match. Ergo - Sunday afternoon with the handyman due at 8am the next morning - can you tell I have a tendency to leave things till the last minute - I was desperate enough to risk a visit to a One Star Store. Happily I was pleasantly surprised. The people there took their time to get the mix exactly right. The base had changed so they needed to make 2 calls to another store to get the right mix details and then they made up the paint and tested the color. It wasn't fast but it was right - and you know - I am happy with slower and careful attention to detail and paint that doesn't show up when used to patch scratched paint on the walls. The mix is perfect - you can't see where I have patched 8 year old paint work. In my book that is awesome. The servers were professional, even though I looked a bit Sunday arvo casual they asked if I had an account and treated me as if I was a professional. When I queried the mix values they took time to explain how changing the base affected the actual mix values. Would I recommend this store? Yes. Did it deserve its one star review - possibly in those circumstances but YMMD (your mileage may differ) - mine certainly did. I was looking for help with adding pigment to some plasti dip for my car. Luckily I went to a close by kelly-moore and talked to Ana the store manager. Obviously, since they do not carry plasti dip, Ana was slightly unfamiliar with the product and what kind of pigment to use. It didn't really matter though because she went FAR FAR out of her way in calling every resource she had until we figured it out. Eventually we found out that solvent based pigment is needed and she got me what I needed. I honestly did not expect to receive that kind of help when showing up. I guess that is why she's store manager. read more

We are in the process of a major kitchen remodel and I found the paint color we want. We drove to Kelly-Moore and were completely ignored. Two or three guys were in the back room talking and laughing it up while the guy behind the counter completely ignored us. I was unable to get an internet connection to look up and confirm all three of my color choices, but the one choice I really wanted to get a paint chip on wasn't not one of the ones in the booklets or the color samples on the wall of chip colors. When we bothered the guy behind the counter he told us that we would not be able to find that paint chip sample, so he ripped it out of the big color/swatch collection he had behind the counter. Well, I feel sorry for the next person that might walk in and want to see that color chip sample, as it will no longer be there since I have it. There were absolutely no prices on any of the paints that we could see and again, we had to bother the guy behind the counter to have him give us prices. We walked out of the store feeling ignored, ticked and shocked to have the ripped out sample page to take some where else where we would be treated like real customers. Seriously, it would be nice to be assisted and treated like real customers while trying to shop in the store. With a gallon of paint costing $50.00, there are so many other places to shop for paint and that is exactly what we will be doing. I will not go back to this store. Remodeling has been stressful enough, buying a few cans of paint should not be stressful. read more
