Overall, I always have a high opinion of Lowe's, but I have mixed thoughts about this visit. I was…read moregoing in to buy a new dishwasher and had already researched the options before I went in. Normally, when I go into Lowe's, no less than 2 to 3 people stop and ask if I need help. This visit I only had 1 person and he didn't even work in the appliance section. I was in the section long enough to look over all the options and the open box options, then come back to my selection to really check it out without the sales person ever coming to speak to me. Once I was ready, I went to check out with the sales person and never once did he ask if I had any questions or how he could offer any other assistance with the purchase. I needed installation, which turned out to be almost a month later on April 15. To pay for a new appliance and not be able to enjoy it until almost a month later is ludicrous. Overall, I'm just meh about this experience at Lowe's.

Unfortunately, I didn't read carefully and the bowls were not microwave safe. My kids are not old enough to differentiate which bowls can and cannot go in the microwave, so I returned them. My mother has been in the hospital so I just chucked the bowls in a box with no... anything---not even a note or my name or the order number or anything, and Sunset & Co. immediately refunded my purchase upon their arrival and notified me of it by email while I was away helping my mother.
