We have always found the employees considerate, knowledgeable and very helpful. Our plan for this project, was to paint the walls and ceiling of our bedroon. My wife was going to prep the room during the day and I was going to come home Friday evening and paint the ceiling. Then, on Saturday morning, our plan was to knock out the walls. Well, the best laid out plans don't always go the way you want, now do they! We underestimated the amount of paint we needed for the ceiling and checked to see if SW was open late on a Friday evening and they were. I whipped over and picked up another gallon of ceiling paint, which they had in stock. They completely saved the day! I also picked up another gallon of the wall paint. Oh, yeah one more thing, always check the Internet for sales. We did this time and got 30% off!

The store usually has what we need and the discount carts always makes us spend more than we had…read moreplanned for the trip :) There is plenty of parking and the staff does a great job keeping the lot clear of cart and flat beds. When we enter the store, there always seems to be clustered chaos by the customer service desk, not sure why, but sometimes it's kind of in the way of guests trying to pass by. We have always had to try to find things on our own, but it would be nice if there was a staff member available to help for finding obscure things. We typically got to the Paint desk and that person has to radio for help. We wish the online product information for the local store stock was more accurate, but I know that may be hard to track in real time. We always use self-check out and the staff there is very attentive and on the spot to help and or clean the station after each use. It's a fine place to go if you're in the area.

Our experience here was short and sweet so I am giving this place 3 stars for now and will update…read moreas more experience lends itself. We have had to buy minimal furniture as most of what we had we got as single folks and it is still in good, usable condition so we are not often in a place where we need to go pick out furniture or beds or anything of the sort. Don't get me wrong, if I had the money, my whole house would be done over. When you walk in, the place is set up as a maze, as you would expect, to wind you around as many furnishing offers as they can get you near. A sales person will promptly join you on this journey and be your guide. I give credit to our sales person who asked what we wanted, we said a bed, he took us there, gave us enough info and asked just enough questions to get us to the right area and let us lay down and roll around on the beds while he stood to the side and let us figure out what we wanted. MUCH APPRECIATED. We ended up pointing out the bed we wanted, he took us to the desk where a nice lady rang us up, we paid, and we choose to pick the bed up ourselves. We got a call two days later that our bed was there and off we went to grab it. I was slightly put off by the guy who said "Are we expecting you?" when we walked up to say we had called to pick up our bed. To me, nicer and friendlier words could have been used, maybe I am nit picking, but we did say we had called. At any rate, we drove to the load dock, the guys helped slide the bed on top of my truck, we strapped it down and off we went. The experience was pretty painless, but also not stellar or stand out. I can't say much about the prices, we didn't comparison shop. We had decided that morning that the bed we had needed to go and we happen to drive by this place and they were having a mattress sale and in we went.

I have been in touch with customer service for over a month and according to the service manager they have a "third-party technician, and unfortunately the transition has not gone as smoothly as anticipated." They've asked us to be patient and understanding. I emailed them on June 18th and have not heard anything back and here it is July 6th. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I should have bought my furniture at Bob's. I've never had a problem there, but wanted to support local business.
