Inside it has more than average amount of paint swatches and collections of paint to help narrow down your colors. I went in a few different times and the guy working there was nice. They of course have tons of paint related items and I found it super helpful to buy the kits with foam boards and mini rollers so I could apply my sample paint to several large squares that could be affixed temporarily to my wall at home rather than paint all over my new drywall as we decided our colors. I have only two complaints- 1) the only sample size here is ridiculous- it's way to large, unless I plan on painting an entire wall to decide, I'm wasting paint and they are quite expensive compared to other smaller sized samples from other stores (and believe me, the cost adds up quick if you get multiple samples!) 2) we chose our color based on the formula on the sample, which when our painter got our paint, it ended up needing to be repainted due to the color being wrong compared to the sample. This was fixed later and figured out by our painter with Maine Paint and we were lucky enough that the second coat covered the wrong color well. The right color is beautiful. All in all I'd recommend the paint and give this location another go, but they appear to need to work on their mixing consistency. The color should be the same no matter which Maine Paint you go to and what sample you get!

Anyway, I want a gloss because it is a little tougher. He insisted that this is not so, and it shows imperfections, which I mentioned didn't matter to me. Since these arguments didn't work, he insisted that the paint that I wanted didn't come in gloss, that they'd have to add something to it, and this is not a good idea. I walked out, got the match I wanted at Home Depot.

My wife was going to prep the room during the day and I was going to come home Friday evening and paint the ceiling. Then, on Saturday morning, our plan was to knock out the walls. Well, the best laid out plans don't always go the way you want, now do they! We underestimated the amount of paint we needed for the ceiling and checked to see if SW was open late on a Friday evening and they were. I whipped over and picked up another gallon of ceiling paint, which they had in stock. They completely saved the day! I also picked up another gallon of the wall paint. The store usually has what we need and the discount carts always makes us spend more than we had…read moreplanned for the trip :) There is plenty of parking and the staff does a great job keeping the lot clear of cart and flat beds. When we enter the store, there always seems to be clustered chaos by the customer service desk, not sure why, but sometimes it's kind of in the way of guests trying to pass by. We have always had to try to find things on our own, but it would be nice if there was a staff member available to help for finding obscure things. We typically got to the Paint desk and that person has to radio for help. We wish the online product information for the local store stock was more accurate, but I know that may be hard to track in real time. We always use self-check out and the staff there is very attentive and on the spot to help and or clean the station after each use. It's a fine place to go if you're in the area.

I have been in touch with customer service for over a month and according to the service manager they have a "third-party technician, and unfortunately the transition has not gone as smoothly as anticipated." They've asked us to be patient and understanding. I emailed them on June 18th and have not heard anything back and here it is July 6th. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I should have bought my furniture at Bob's. I've never had a problem there, but wanted to support local business.

Come in". So I do, awkwardly, feeling like I'm an inconvenience but wondering why she hooked her door open at all. After browsing for a few moments while she prepares out back, she returns. I shyly ask if it's okay to take any pictures as I was going to use her beautiful space that I love for a presentation at school, (horticulture). She frantically throws up her hand telling me no and acting really frantic. I understand hard days, and I understand stress, but for the love of your community, keep your door locked on days where you just can't be bothered. I threw out any desire to feature her store or purchase any of the great items I saw around me and got out of there as fast as possible.
