His estimates were accurate and his team did a fantastic job. They have excellent attention to detail and meticulously sanded our deck surfaces. It looks new! He even offered to do a small section of exterior painting for free since we had some of the correct color paint left over from a prior project. We had to change the color of one of the wood stains at the last minute before application, and Hugo was gracious and understanding about that. Boxes of stuff in all the aisles. Stuff spread out everywhere. It seems dirty and things are not put away or picked up. They recently were closed because of a flood and now that they are open again it's so disorganized it's hard to find what you want. And after buying 5 spools of thread and some other small items they don't even provide bags anymore. You have to bring your own which I was unaware of. The cashier didn't offer a bag for all the items I had. She just said thank you and I had to gather all my stuff up and walk out the door. Not a happy place anymore.

I could not find them, so I asked the lady at the cutting counter. She used her walkie talkie to ask the people in the back room where they were. She told me where to find them and then to let her know if I did, I thought it was nice that she wanted to make sure I found them. Very helpful. I did find them and told her. We filled two bags of goodies and the most we paid for anything was $8 for a 24-count of Caramel Apple coffees. I shopped at this location quite a bit when I lived in Metrowest back in the early 2000s, before the Natick store opened. The Christmas Tree Shops was my destination for discounted holiday decor, ornaments, drink cups, plates, and snack food. Recently, I picked up some very decorative tin trays for $1.29 each, some scrapbooks for $3.99 and a classic wood American flag for my wall for $4.99. There are lots of other impulse items in stock, you never know what you're gonna find, so do choose carefully when shopping here.
