I dropped in here for the first time for some Benjamin Moore paint for a repair project.  It's a…read morenice, clean, airy, and quaint corner storefront location with refreshing good ol' fashioned free street parking right out front on Northwest Highway.  They also have a rear parking lot.  Decent quality paint is expensive, and Bill, the friendly owner/manager was very helpful in explaining to me what I was getting for paint costs that range all the way from $33 to $77/gallon.  I don't need my own paint very often anymore but if and when I do, I won't hesitate to return here.

One of those blinds failed in the very first summer we owned it. Since then, the company has been out to "repair" the same blind at least ten times. At one point, they shipped it back to Hunter Douglas, leaving us without a window treatment for two of the three months we actually live in the townhome each year. Despite the repeated failures, they have refused to replace the defective blind. Instead, they continue to send technicians out for the same problem, and after year 1 they charge us a service fee every single time. We have pleaded with them to stand behind their product and provide a replacement, but they clearly care more about billing for service calls than actually solving the issue. Their service approach can only be described as "we don't care about our customers." If you are considering using this company, my advice is simple: stay away.

Installation was easy to schedule, quick and convenient. They removed the old shades and cleaned up afterwards. It's been over a year since the blinds were installed. Orderd a snowblower online. Went to pick it up to find out they didn't have what showed in…read moreinventory. Strike one. There were two sales associates that were standing there when I walked in to pick up my preorder. The lady must have been the Manager and she had the same machine but an earlier model which she cut me a deal on. I asked about needing oil for the blower and she claimed this brand didn't come with oil and so I asked them to add what was needed to my order. She asked the older gentleman to confirm what oil and he assured me it was two-stroke so we added that to my order. Got home and the day I needed to run the unit I read the manual and checked to see if the machine e had oil. It DID have oil and if needed it would have been 5W-30. Had I listened to the associates I would have put too much oil and wrong kind. I don't recommend this ACE
