I know the business name has the word tile in it but for some reason when I think of Arizona tile I think of countertops. I was having a hard time finding a porcelain tile I liked and came to the realization that Arizona tile sells tile. We decided to check them out. We were immediately greeted and helped by the manager. They have a wide selection and let us take samples home. You can tell that the porcelain tile is thicker which coincides with the price you would be paying for it. Of course the tile we were interested in was sold out and wouldn't be available for a few weeks. We unfortunately couldn't wait and had to go a different direction. I'd definitely come back in the future. From the manager to the other employees working there. I was pleased with their helpfulness and service. Great customer service. From the reps at the front of the store (tile display area), to the reps taking and processing the orders and to the guys in the warehouse at pick up. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Had a great experience. Love the way the kitchen backsplash looks!! Was going to go with the smaller tiles but was told (by the rep in the display room) my smaller space would look better with the larger tile and that the smaller tile would look too busy. Then while looking at grout examples I told the guys I didn't want white (to match the tile) but I wanted something darker because of dirt. One of the reps recommended the perfect light gray tone he said he uses on all of his projects that looks great with white tile. Well.. he was spot on! The installer even commented on the grout. After being to what felt like every tile store on the planet, and nothing really feeling right, she directed me to the perfect tile! He never made me feel like I couldn't do anything. have driven by ARIZONA TILE's San Marcos location countless times but it never dawned on​ me to stop and check 'em out. i was "dragged" to their Murrietta location by Emily (MasterCraft Home Improvement) to pick out materials for the flooring, backsplash, and countertops for my new kitchen. what a great selection of products. Shayna and Shelly provided absolutely amazing service and were patient and understanding with a goofy client who clearly didn't have a clue. walking through aisles of stunning 6' x 10' slabs of granite was a religious experience. even took a video of them arranging slabs so i could view them side-by-side. in a surprisingly painless process (except for the check-writing part), decided on Tecsun wooden flooring, Shimmer Abalone glass for the backsplash, and Tourmaline granite for the countertops. highly recommend these guys. huge inventory. courteous and knowledgable staff. read more

I bought 2 slabs of beautiful granite, I had it put in by Cabinet Wholesalers in Anaheim. I complained about the bad scratches in it after it was installed. Arizona tile rep says it was naturally like that. Not by a long shot! There were no scratches when I bought the granite or I would not have done it . The slabs cost me $5k and were ruined by the time I got them I've bought from Arizona before. Never again. I'm very disappointed. read more

I had a slab leak in my condo. So the plumbers had to break 7 tiles in my bathroom to fix the leak. I went to Home Depot and lowes, and they did not carry the 8x8 tiles I needed. So I came here to Arizona tile to see if they carried the 8x8 tiles. I spoke with Jacqueline, and she showed me the 8x8 tiles that they carry. I chose the closest color to match my tiles. She asked me to hang on a bit, went to the back, about a minute later, she came back with the 7 tiles I picked and said I can have them for free! I was lost for words. All I can say is this place is amazing. Right when you walk in the staff is willing to help in anyway. I had a small granite piece that I needed to be cut to a specific size. I was not sure this place even carried this small piece of granite. Ed is amazing. It was about 30 minutes before they closed on a Friday I may add. They were able to find me a piece of granite that matched my granite exactly and Ed went to the back in the warehouse and actually cut it himself. Ed was one of the salesman, he was not even someone that worked in the back. I was simply amazed. Coming from someone who owns their own business, this company has top-notch customer service. We needed a piece of granite to complete one of our bathrooms and were looking for possibly for a used or damaged slab as it was a small area we needed covered. Instead of paying 1200-1500 we were able to find something for 315.00 in the clearance section which was a perfect fit. Mike Pouwels went out of his way to help us find exactly what we needed and at a fraction of the cost of any competitor.
