The gentleman that was sent to help me arrived when he said he would, within 20 minutes of my request. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and very helpful. He got my car started with a jump and told me the existing battery was extremely old and would probably need to be replaced. My car was purchased in 2013 and still had the original battery. He got me a new battery, met me where I had some shopping to do, installed it, and I was back on the road within an hour from the time he first arrived. I hope I never need to call for roadside assistance again, but if I do, I will request JB's Roadside Assistance!

When my insurance got ahold of them they told them to come out. Allstate came out to transfer the truck they were no where to be found even though they gave them a time. Not one soul. The driver to pick up my truck waiting over 2 hours and left. Now as of Dec 10th they received the bill of over $3,000 of charges for the hold on my truck. MIND YOU, I need a vehicle. Mine was totaled. These guys take their SWEET time and try and suck you dry. I'm SURE Allstate will come after them for a stunt like this and since my door to the truck was unlocked, but no keys for the driver, I too, will be doing the same. Shame on this company. As if the world isn't expensive enough, and on top of that it's Christmas time, I need a vehicle. ABSOLUTE TRASH COMPANY

The first time we broke down in Springfield, it was about 10 at night, and being new in town we relied on our insurance guy to find a 24 hour tow truck. We didn't get home till 4 in the morning because they had to call a guy from Salem. The next time, we found Steve. We were stuck at Springfield's Winco parking lot, again after hours. We were expecting another stressful evening, but Steve was there within a half hour, friendly as can be and made my very serious husband laugh. He knows how to handle that truck and get into difficult spaces. He's very knowledgeable about cars and has recommended great car businesses that we used to fix our car. He handled all our insurance paperwork. And he really is the cheapest tow truck service around. Update: So our Winco event was about 6 months ago, and today we were trading in our broken car for a new one at a dealership, and needed it towed out of our own pocket. He was here within an hour, actually earlier than he originally estimated, and was patient while we ran to the atm to grab him cash. Again he was friendly and professional and knows his business. His communication skills are top notched. He always answers his phone, and gives you honest intel. In an over-saturated area of tow truck businesses, this one really stands out. He's the one who we call every time, and recommend whenever we can. The other reviews that aren't yelp recommended are all 5 stars. I think Yelp doesn't recommend them because they only have 1 or 2 reviews. But I think that says something. That the people who don't usually do these things are making that extra effort to say how great Steve and his wife are.

Come to find out, after an hour on the phone, Good Sam doesn't cover that area, AAA doesn't cover RV's, and several towing services also don't cover that area or don't service RV's. So we decided to try to drive to the next town 23 miles away and hope we could find a garage in the morning. 10 miles or so down the road was a big truck stop, so we pulled off, and as we drive up to it see Economy Towing. We pulled into their lot, called the # on the sign for after hours help, and within 10 minutes, two people were there to take care of us. Not only were they friendly and efficient, they had the exact replacement tire in stock! They had us taken care of and on our way in less than an hour! Definitely call Economy if you need roadside assistance in this area of Oregon! They are the bomb!!!

This is a BMW with complex electrics, and good security measures. He arrived promptly and did an amazing job, including locating the charging lugs once the car was opened and the hood up (battery is in the rear). He was recommended to us by a European car mechanic because these cars are tricky to open w/o damage, and I can see why. Recommended without hesitation.
