I had the exact opposite experience here. Everyone who helped me from the moment I checked in was so kind and knowledgeable. Here are the TOP REASONS why I really, really love Dr. Tran: 1. She's super sweet, which is great, but she's incredibly professional as well. My appointments are always on time. They always end within the timeframe they gave me (if not earlier). When I feel like someone respects my time, I am in love. 3. Communication is great. Dr. Tran was incredibly sensitive to any pain I might be feeling but often times I was asking "Should this hurt? It doesn't".
