Despite multiple requests for clarification and documentation, the responses I received were unsatisfactory and delayed. Furthermore, my messages and emails were not returned. This situation has been frustrating and has inaccurately affected my medical history. The unwillingness to professionally address and rectify the situation has been concerning. It's essential for healthcare providers to deliver reliable and prompt service, which, regrettably, was not my experience. Dr Saam is an incredibly attentive caring doctor. Anytime I have ever gone in to see her whether it was for something as simple as a regular check up or for my fractured ankle or with anxiety she has always listened attentively and open and tried to find the best solutions for me. I have noticed that she has more Persian clients, due to the fact that she herself is Persian and speaks the language, as some have stated but I have never experienced any discrimination or anything of the kind. You always feel like you're the only person in the office. They do not over book appointments and The wait time is short. During this pandemic, she checked in on her patients (including me) to see how we were doing as we hadn't called the office. You don't hear that being done anymore. If I could give zero I would.It seems like she has her physician's assistant do everything. so you never actually get to see her very poor staff. with no knowledge, especially NEGIN. I have to say she is very rude. Every time when you talk to her you feel like she is not trying to help you. She makes you feel very upset every time when she picks up the phone. My wife and I Have had nothing but issues with Dr. Saam and her staff. It is nearly impossible to get an appointment with her. The last 3 times we have been sick we have had to go to urgent care because they would tell us that there earliest appointment was 2-3 weeks.
