I really enjoy this car wash. It does a great job and I appreciate that the people who work there make sure the hard to reach areas of you car are sprayed down before you go into the automatic wash. The most expensive wash that they offer is $20 and it does a great job and is worth the money. I put this wash to the test by taking my black truck that was covered entirely with road salt and it came out good as new in just a few minutes. I will be back! read more

Great service, friendly staff and management. I was starting to have difficulty with the "pay here" machine as I had skipped a step or two. Within 30 seconds of me trying to figure it out, a staff member was already there helping me. Great car wash, it's an old school "neutral no brakes" wash. None of that touch-less wash crap. I'll start this review off by saying WOW, that car wash is awful. I asked for the works plus wheel cleaner and its $22.00. That's $5 more than the Bedford car wash. The worker is very friendly. I go thru the wash and some nozzles aren't spraying. Not a huge deal... However I get to the rinse part and I realize the back of my SUV isn't getting cleaned or rinsed. So I get out before I leave and the entire rear of my car is covered in soap. I swing back around and the very friendly attendant lets me back thru. This time, no sorry, no thank you. I go back through (at no additional charge) and the same problem occurs but even worse! I've been thru this car wash in a car and it worked beautifully, but my SUV... awful outcome. I will not be going back here. Beware if you have a black car or anything larger than a sedan. read more

If you want to pay 21 bucks to drive through a semi-decent carwash go ahead. Vacuuming is not included. They do not dry it after either. I recommend finding a carwash that will do it all at that price. read more

For my birthday, I received a gift card to get my car detailed at Sheild Systems Car wash in Billerica. After such a harsh winter I figured springtime was the perfect to time to put that gift card to use! I dropped my car of at 8:00am yesterday morning and was assured by the manager, who was very pleasant I might add, that I was not to worry, they would take great car of my car and I could pick it up at 5:00. Now I just want to be honest here and tell you that I had not cleaned the inside of my car at all in over a year, so after this winter you can imagine that it was in pretty rough shape! I returned at 5 to pick up my car and I couldn't even believe it was my car! It didn't even look the same color, it sparkled inside and out! They did an amazing job cleaning every nook and cranny and even the upholstery! I would highly recommend them if you are looking to get your car detailed! I know I will surely be using them again! Ron Perotti! This man has got to be the friendliest most amicable guy here. I bought my first car (Mercedes CLA 250) a month ago. Bought it in to Sheild Carsh Wash in Billerica, today for a car wash, took the basic rinse package with free vaccum. That went ok but there were a few stubborn bird droppings on the hood that wouldnt come off. Being my first time at a car wash, I asked Ron how I could get rid of it. Sensing my naivety in auto care, he took the time to explain to me how I could get it off, polished my hood and also showed me what a waxed surface looks and feels like.. all while giving me complimentary service. I am definitely going back here in a month to get my first detail on my car. I looooove this car wash. They have long hours of operation, and there are always very friendly employees on staff. I like the soft cloth washing system with he air sry at the end, and a free vacuum with every wash! I do wish the prices were cheaper, but I buy the books of washes to get one free wash. I would be here once a week if I could afford it! The company has more than one location which is great, and they do offer an unlimited wash option (but it is expensive). They also offer exterior and interior washes, waxes, and cleans. I love this place (weird I know) but I love a clean car!!!!! read more

Just the best! I get my car washed fairly often and no matter who is working or what time of day it is, the employees are so incredibly friendly and efficient. Even the "Basic" wash, which is the least expensive, does a great job and they spray your car in all the right spots before they send you through. I didn't get any marks or scratches, on my car and certainly did a good job getting the winter grim off. This was the first automatic I took my car through. In the past, I have always been scared of scratching up my car after seeing the condition of my moms car after a few auto car washes. But, I was going to sell my car anyways, so instead of scrubbing by hand, I figured I'd make it easy on myself. The car came out looking phenomenal. The place is a bit pricier than many automatic car washes I've seen, hence the 4 star review, but I think that if you need a car wash in a pinch, its a good place to go. I have used all Shield car washes, and this one is by far the most conscientious. Even for the lowly "value wash", they carefully cleaned the lower panels, bumpers, and wheels. Keep up the good work! read more

I took my SUV through a few weeks back and unfortunately the antenna ripped off during the wash. I went back to the place once I realized this and expected them to give me the "yada yada yada... we're not responsible" act. I got just the opposite. They couldn't have been more helpful and apologetic. They took down all my information, got back to me when they said they would, made the appointment with a local repair facility (which was also great), and paid for the entire repair in such a timely manner. Mistakes happen, but I'll never go anywhere else in the area for a car wash. They support local events for the students of Billerica as well. 5 Stars!!! read more

This place seems a bit pricey, not sure if this is normal around the area. The basic wash is $9.50 and it wasn't too bad. I wasn't happy with the dried up soap after the wash on my windows. If I can find another car wash with a basic wash around $5-6, I would go there instead. read more

Today I meet with their Chef Mr. Douglas. He is very nice gentleman and explained me all the processes and his research on car shining and paint protection. I have gone through Complete Best Wash with Wax and Coat....It seems to be very authentic and perfect. He gave Demo on his special Body Shining Package into one portion of my car body scratch.It was awesome. I would strongly recommend to go for car wash as well as take Car Body shining package. If I could rate this any higher I would. This place went above and beyond my expectations. I came in for a simple interior detailing and exterior wash. The night before I went in, a friend vomited all over my passenger door and seat. This morning I called, eager for an appointment obviously. Got my car detailed for the very first time since purchase and they did a great job with it! Big props to Brian, who knew I had a meeting to catch so he took the car in right away and got it done in 1.5 hrs. Furthermore I had a gift card and of course left it at home. got a basic car wash with all the bells and whistles for 17 (5 off coupon on the website still worked). the wash did its job, but left some soap residue on the car. the tire washing still showed some grime. no hand-drying, which may have done the trick. also got a complimentary vacuum token to do some vacuuming on my own. basic, and does the trick, and pretty no frills. read more

Do NOT go there. Got swirl marks and scratches on the left side of my car. Soap marks all over the vehicle.

Don't know how but my car had soap marks all over it. It was dark when I got my car washed and I did not notice then.

So this is my 2nd and final review for this mistake of a car wash. My first review I complained about getting home and seeing scratches, swirl marks and soap suds that dried all over the back of the car. I got a nice email back from one of the managers and he said to take it in show them the review and they will re wash your car. So I showed one of the guys the email and he said ya that's fine just bring it around we'll re wash it no problem. He then relayed the message to the guy who was bringing the cars through and working the register and demanded I rope down my window and with an attitude asked me what the problem was? I told him exactly what the problem was and his reply was well most people get out and wipe the excess soap and swirls off! I laughed because that car wash dumps you into a four lane main road where there isn't even room to pull over or time because the car behind you would get pushed into yours.. I then said sarcastically why don't u hand out free towels and put a sign up that says "please wash excess soap and swirl marks because our top of the line automatic car wash can't fully clean it!! He then replied well next time instead of writing a bad review and getting me in trouble come to me first next time. I said there won't be a next time with a smile and said you really think I was gonna get out after an automatic car wash to inspect for extra work to be done? And keep in mind this is there TOP WASH.. so when I get home 20 mins later I'm suppose to drive back when I can just go here and write a review which is what this friggin app is for?! And I'm the bad guy for warning other people lol? I then rolled up my window and what do ya know there's soap all over the back dripping down my trunk after the wash lol I will bring my business back to where they air dry and hand dry, vacuum, and wash inside and outside windows for 10 more bucks it's too bad cause I live in Billerica and gave to drive to lowell for a decent car wash cause this place sucks... good luck with your rude ass employee you got there too.. read more
