Under new ownership by, "prestige," the prices are ridiculous, the wash is weak and full of gimmicks, and they harass you to sign up for a monthly subscription. The prices for an individual wash are so absurd you're almost forced into the subscription, but I don't want their sticker on my brand new vehicle and don't need to go every day. I just want a reasonably priced single wash once in a while to rinse the winter salt, and that's no longer possible. They likely use recycled dirty salt water on the undercarriages as well which will destroy your vehicle. read more

My first time here. I tried to get my car clean in and out but I was told they couldn't clean the inside because they ey're doing a detail... ok. I did the $14 wash, 2 cheapest because I didn't get a good feeling about it after they couldn't clean the inside of my car, unfortunately, my gut feeling was right. St the end of the tunnel, there's a sign that says that you can drive away ands that "your car will dry up without any spots"... take a look at the pictures. read more

Amazing service! I was given a gift certificate to this car wash about 10 months ago and completely forgot about it. When I get there, they gave me a $1 discount (the 'B' carwash was $16 and I only had $15 on my gift certificate). Not only that, but apparently gift cards go bad if you don't use them! My gift certificate was expired (un-swipe-able) and they still let me though. I was highly impressed. Oh, and my car is beautiful. A great car wash with great service. read more

The vacuums here are straight up garbage. Two dollars gets you about 5 minutes of barely any suction. I have Weather Tech floor liners that keep my floors 99% clean/covered... These vacuums aren't even strong enough to clean an already pretty much clean floor. Total waste of time and money. read more

No clear instructions, tried my best to follow them - paid $11 for the basic wash. The instructions were to drive in (didn't say where specifically), stop, and then go when the light turned from red to green. So I drove in, it sprayed my car for a second then shut off entirely, lights included. I waited a minute to see if it would finish or at least dry the car like the sign said it would, nothing happened. So I went out and around only to find out no actual people are there at all, just the machine. Total waste of money. read more

One of the two touch-free bays is unusable because of a hornets' nest by its cash machine. The other bay's cash machine is *very* picky about the bills it accepts -- and if it doesn't like the bill you give it, it will unceremoniously drop it on the ground under your car. Assuming you manage to avoid the hornets and the picky cash machine, the wash your car receives is entirely underwhelming. My car would have been cleaner if it had rained on it. read more

The automatic car wash is downright awful and a waste of money. Every time I come thru either the left or the right one (if not both) are broken or outta service. When you do get one that works it doesn't even do the job properly. There's always triple foam polish still left dripping from the side mirrors and I have to get water and rinse it out myself. Even the hose which distributes the foam can't even be even. It will be 70-30 from the left to right side of car. read more

I came here today at 5:00 and paid $23 for the same exact wash that I could've done for $11. They didn't vacuum or clean the inside of my car. I had to do everything myself. The guy said " oh well if you had come earlier we could've done all that for you." Please keep in mind this business closes at 5:30 PM, I was the ONLY customer there and I'm pregnant. When I drove back around after cleaning myself I explained to the guy that I could've paid $11 and the guy said oh well it's not that kind of car wash. So.... what does full service car wash mean? Scratches all over my car after this! I got the "manager's special" for $24. My wheels were really dirty and needed extra help. After I came out of the car wash, it was clear to me that I now had scratches all over my car. Not easy to prove to the attendant without a before picture. But they were in a clear pattern down the side. Also, the "tire brite/shine" service didn't really do anything extra for my car. The wheels were still pretty dirty after going through. read more

The touchless car wash will remove some of the salt from your car, but that's about it. My black SUV had a hand wash five days ago. After some freezing rain and a few days of salty roads, I decided to try the touchless car wash. It's not worth the $15 unless you're desperate to remove some of the salt. Do yourself a favor--- take the $21 and flush it down the toilet. Horrible waste of money. i just finished a no-touch car wash at this place and it barely scratched the surface, cleaning-wise. Granted my car was dirtier than it has ever been because of snow/ice/salt/dirt/etc but with the best option for the cleaning it left TONS of dirt and streaks from the windows to the base-runner on my Rav4. The back door looked as though it was not even touched by soap. The only use of this car wash would be to rinse the outside and leave you cleaning the rest by hand. Not pleased at all. read more

Drove into one of the automated bays but I did not line up exactly. Machine said to reposition so I backed out to pull in again.....there is an under carriage wash sprayer (added as an after thought by the car wash company) that has sharp nozzles. As I backed up my right front tire hit the nozzle and it punctured the sidewall. No help from the manager and I ended calling a car service to change the flat. When I spoke to the manager about it and before I could complete my statement, he said rudely and loudly "I'm not buying you a new tire!" I wanted to inform him of a bad situation and thought he would appreciate the information. Never, Never going back! read more

I went to the car wash with my Audi A7. Was directed to pull in and then told back up. I told the attendant I heard a lot of scraping, but was told to continue anyways. I got a puncture in the tire and had to replace the front deflector for a total of over $900. The owner said I came in that way and said he was not going to take any responsibility. He continued to say it was my driving, even though his attendant was directing me on how I should turn. Even the guy from AAA said he was trying to accept no blame for what happened. I used the drive thru wash and it was a total waste of money. Water started spraying at drivers door then from back to front of car. That's it! No soap or other spray like the sign said. The dirt didn't even wash off the hood of the car. Disgusting that they are ripping people off! read more

I chose to use the automated car wash this past Friday afternoon. One wash bay was out of order out of the two so obviously I had to use the other. First, the card reader was not reading my credit card right despite me putting it in as directed on clearly visible diagram. I had to swipe it a few time before it was read correctly. Second, the wash lasted a very short amount of time. Third, there is no blowers to dry the vehicle - however, they advertise that the vehicle will dry on its own, that's ok... Mine dried with large dirty water/soap (?) streaks all over the vehicle. My vehicle was not overly dirty prior to entering. I think whoever owns the service should invest some money into the automated wash. Overall, I think it wasn't that great of an experience. I will say the price is in line with other local washes but the quality of the wash isn't up to the other's standards. Next time, I will head a few miles away to Wilmington. read more
