I opted for the Prince Elite package since my car really needed a good scrub down of its exterior & interior. Marco, the detailer, did a fantastic job. My car was super sandy from past fishing & camping trips, and he got everything out! He even got out old bug and sap stains from the windows. My car is super shiny now, and I'm happy all of the sand/dirt marks are gone. I'm super happy I found Elyon Mobile Detail because it was very convenient to have them come to me. The price was a bit higher comparatively but I've had friends get quoted from other places and once they show up they state they need to pay more. The wrap job is best in the Bay, everything is so tucked, no one believes it's wrapped. I have to open the doors to show them. The finish is incredible. The staff are top notch professionals. Seamlessly functioning, capable and knowledgeable. Joe, the owner, is really good at describing exactly how things will turn out. I learned the hard way that not all highly rated Yelp shops deliver real quality. After going to another popular place, a friend pointed out several issues in the work that I had completely missed. Never again! I would much rather pay for top-tier service and have peace of mind than worry about fixing problems later. Most recently, I had a front PPF and tint done on my Tesla, and the results were flawless. OCD Detailing is one of the few places capable of tinting the entire Tesla roof using a single piece, with no seams, and it looks incredible. They were also kind enough to help install hub caps I purchased separately and recommended a great source for blacked-out emblems. My car turned out beautiful. The only downside is that I live in San Francisco, so the drive is a bit out of the way, but it was absolutely worth it. The technicians are hard working and delightful, in particular Christian. 5 stars for Christian. I don't think he is with this company any more though. If only scheduling had been the only challenge. Scheduling is unreliable, as you've seen in multiple other reviews. Three reschedules at the last minute. This is not the company to use if you have a deadline or event. Paolo offered a written scope of work, including the unambiguous "Our steam and hot extraction and removal service of stains, liquid spills, has no additional cost, it is courtesy of our company." Screenshots provided. This was not communicated to the technicians, who did not have the appropriate steam extraction equipment when they arrived. I reasonably expected the owner to send them back at a less busy time to complete the agreed upon written scope of work and at which time I would pay on completion. Nope. You can see here in the follow up messaging Paolo said the cost of the work as he had promised would be $190 more, providing justification for the cost with information he already had prior to creating the quote offer in the first place. He had the size of the vehicle, the location, and my explicit priority for deep shampoo of an older used high mileage vehicle. I also re-communicated this multiple times each time of the last minute reschedule. I am at a loss as to what I as a client could have done for better communication. This is frustrating most of all because at the time of updating this review, he is punishing his hardworking team for his mistake and I am of the impression they were fired.

I was so upset because the white paint has started to set and the car had about 8,000 miles only (bought new). Steven performed an exterior detail but before he charged anything he got to work on the paint and used a couple of tricks to get the hard to clean paint out from under the trim. I was so relieved I did not need to file a comprehensive claim. Steven did a great job restoring the car to how it looked a year ago when I drove it off the lot. Today I returned for a basic wash and just made arrangements to return for an interior detail and to get a minor curb rash off one of the rims. I usually just hang out in the shop with Steven because he is so easy to be around and trust in the auto industry is notoriously hard to foster. They've been serving the Hayward community for years, and after my experience, I can definitely understand why. My Kia Soul had just come out of the repair shop after being there for 54 days due to vandalism, so the car really needed some extra attention. The team did an outstanding job. When they finished, my car looked almost brand new again. The paint was shining, the wheels and tires looked great, the windows were spotless, and they paid attention to all of the little details. They cleaned the car so well that I could actually see some of the small scratches and imperfections that had been hidden before. That tells you how thorough the job was. What really stood out to me was the customer service. Everyone was friendly, positive, professional, and you could tell they genuinely cared about the vehicle and the quality of their work. It didn't feel rushed or like I was just another car coming through. The atmosphere was also clean and comfortable, with seating where you can relax while your car is being taken care of. I'm attaching pictures because the results speak for themselves. If you're in Hayward, San Leandro, Union City, Fremont, or anywhere nearby, I highly recommend Hayward Car Wash. I had been there once before but got a more expensive package with steam cleaning on the inside so of course they did a good job because that cleaner was on it and I paid more. The problem is they have some inconsistent lazy workers that barely wipe down your car. So you pay but they don't do their job! It's the luck of the draw if you get someone good that day. I should have known better. The guy taking payment was rude and arrogant, and as I was driving away that's when I noticed so much dust on the dashboard, and many uncleaned areas inside. The only reason I didn't turn around was because I had my toddlers with me! And I'm mad I gave them a tip!! It always comes back looking unbelievably clean. My favorite thing he does is remove all the numerous white patches of mineral sun screen on the door panels and seat upholstery. I didn't realize that it's almost impossible to get off. I tried various DIY solutions nothing worked. Israel gets it all off, on both sides of the car, and even gave me a bottle of the secret sauce he uses. Now I too can get it off, as long as my supply lasts, but it's a LOT of scrubbing. I recently brought my 2nd car to Israel. It's a BMW i4, black, that I bought used. It's a great car but it hasn't received much TLC during its young life. I could tell it had been driven through an automated car wash a few times, and had been left to air dry with water on it, leaving hard water stains. Israel got everything polished up looking brand new again. An outside panel on the driver side, between front and rear windows, is plastic and had scratches on it. Israel buffed them off and then placed a special film on it to protect it, so I won't have that issue again. As always, he is meticulous with the interior cleaning. I'm OCD but he surpasses me lol. All this white glove treatment and the price is quite reasonable. For little more than the cost of 3 automated car washes, you too can get your vehicle looking like new and cleaned within an inch of its life. The feeling of driving such a spotless car is so worth it. If you love your cars and take pride in keeping them well maintained, G1 is the place to bring them.
