The Sanrio selection (not all of the selection)

The service is fine not great not bad. If you like Sanrio this is def the place for you! The selection goes from plushies to tea and even some really cool Fune China! It's not very expensive but it's not that cheap either.

    I think it's actually called Shiga's Imports.

I really love this store but I can't ever convince myself to buy any of the ceramics because they're too expensive.

Nobody is walking into Williams Sonoma expecting budget shopping. But if you're looking to treat yourself, this is a great place to do it. What I really love though is the clearance section. They mark things down for the smallest imperfections sometimes, and that is exactly the kind of chaos I support. I've found some ridiculously good deals there, including a Stanley Tucci pan and a matching KitchenAid mixer for nearly $150 off. Not only that, but the staff are super nice, helpful, and easy to talk to, which makes the whole experience even better. Shout out to Judith, who helped me and was especially awesome. If you like nice kitchen toys but also love the thrill of finding a deal, this place is absolutely worth checking out.

I learned about it days later when I was checking on the shipping. Customer service was zero help. I called this location to see if they had 7 of the Breville Sear & Press Grills in stock for me to pick up the next day. They told me they had 5. I said that was good and would work with another location for the rest. I worked with Kristen who was super helpful and kind. I told her I'm disabled and wouldn't be able to schlep all of these to/from the car, which is why I had placed the online order. She explained that after I went into the store and paid, their loading team would be able to load up my car. I received a call the next day from another rep that they got additional inventory and now had 7 total to save me a trip driving to another location. Yay! The day of pick up, the cashier and the three people at the loading dock were all friendly and helpful. They also rearranged my items in my trunk to make room for the grills without me having to ask. My team was excited to get their gift, as this was a business gift of gratitude. I'm glad I didn't have to change plans. Used the restroom which was clean and stocked. The store overall is well thought out and was organized and stocked, even though they were very busy. Their "line starts here" sign isn't clear. Saw several customers going to the counter which has 2 registers and an internal computer (which some clueless customers also thought was a register) instead of going to the start of the line which is 10 feet away from the registers.

I've taken "intro to wheel" classes multiple times at a couple locations. I think Tommy spent the absolute longest time on centering that I've ever had! I was bored during the class because of that, but then when we finally got to shaping the pottery, it was AMAZING what a difference that makes! Also other details that Tommy shared that I didn't know-- needing the clay to be dry at some point so that it doesn't fall apart, instead of constantly needing to wet it like we did at the beginning-- got me to create in my experience the best little bowl I've ever made ;_; I'm so excited for what it'll look like once it's given back to us in a couple more weeks! The parking was pretty easy, it's right next to a bunch of neighborhood streets that have free street parking, even if the spaces in front are few. :)

I never used one before so I guess I was truly clay curious. Overall it was a lot of fun learning techniques and to make my own bowl. It didn't turn out exactly as I envisioned but I'll see what the final product will be! They have many other classes available online. They also sell pottery in the shop. It's really amazing to see other's work after doing the class and understanding how much work goes into making something.

I got my 5-year old daughter a gift card for a cooking class here. When I tried to sign her up for…read morea class and redeem the gift card, it wouldn't work. I emailed them, and received a very prompt response saying they credited my account and it would appear when I signed up for the class, and it did!! I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly and satisfactorily they handled the issue. Then my daughter went to the Frozen treats baking class, and she loved it! The class size was great, just 3 students to 1 teacher. I simply dropped her off and walked around U Village for 2 hours by myself, which was glorious. She had so much fun baking, coloring, playing with the play kitchen. She's decided she wants another gift card for a class for her birthday. I cannot recommend Froglegs enough!!

My…read morekids are very developmentally typical four year olds - enthusiastic, love making new friends, love trying new things, love helping in the kitchen, AND they still make lots of mistakes because they're FOUR. They have attended several other camps and are in preschool and have thrived in all of those environments. Frog Legs could NOT handle their typical 4 year old behavior. I got the impression that this class is set up more for older kids and they didn't really know how to engage the little ones. I'll also say that at pick up and even drop off every day the teachers seemed strung out and exhausted. My kids mostly reported sitting and coloring all morning and then eating whatever yummy junk food they had made that day. I'm sure they did help out some, but I don't think the class was set up in a way that was engaging. They came home every day totally wired and bouncing off the walls - a huge contrast to other camps they've been to that were better suited to little kids. On the final day of the camp they called me and asked me to pick them up early because they were playing with toys that didn't belong to them - certainly something they should not be doing, but also a developmentally appropriate mistake and a learning opportunity rather than a reason to kick kids out of a camp! Like I said, this camp is not set up for little kids if they can't handle developmentally appropriate mistakes that kids are bound to make. My advice: avoid this place and support some other business that actually cares about nurturing kids and isn't just a cash grab for pre-k parents looking for exciting things for their kids to experience.

The communication with the employees also kept getting weirder and weirder. They gave me a price quote the first time I worked with them. The second time they asked me to call them on the phone to discuss the details of the print job. They then asked me to come in the store to verify the product. I went to the store and brought the product from the first time as an example. We did a test print and it looked pretty good. Then when I picked up the product it was on a completely different type of paper??? It just seemed like I wasted a lot of time going into the store. This most recent time was probably the weirdest experience I've ever had working with a print company. I sent in my quote and received an email that just said "ready". ???? No confirmation of receiving the file, no price quote, nothing. I went to the store (online it says they closed at 9pm but apparently they close at 8pm now), picked up the product, and of course it was printed on a different type of paper than what was expected. When I told the employee I had a previous price quote they called the boss to clarify. They eventually honored it BUT instead of $52 the employee inputted $54 thinking I wouldn't notice??? Idk it all just seemed lowkey shady to me. Overall the company works fast and is cheaper in comparison to other places I've worked with. But with weird communication and questionable actions, I don't think I'd go back. Also I've used these prints to giveaway as concert freebies, and one time I heard someone laugh at how the image was blurry I don't think it was that bad but it definitely was a little fuzzy, and that was embarrassing lol
