I was going to a different eyebrow place before this and wanted to find one closer to me. It's always scary trying a new place but it's also frustrating to find someone or a place that does a consistent great job. I have been seeing Shila here for over a year now and have never been happier. She does a great job, is extremely polite and never rushes through. I can walk in and get seen pretty quickly and at times when it's busy she's always been worth the wait. I have one eyebrow that grows upward and is very unruly and she was even able to make it look normal and match! Didn't think that was even possible. Update: I have been back recently because I think the owner does an amazing job when she does my brows. After my horrible experience a few months back, I came back a couple of times recently. I had Nahid and another lady on the second chair do my brows. Both times have been wonderful they took their time despite the line. This time I didn't feel rushed like they were trying to get rid of me. After my horrible experience, I express how much I really don't want them to touch the ends of my barely there brows and they listen. During my lunch break, I came in for a quick thread. There was no line and it was a quick and clean service. I asked just for a clean-up when they threaded my eyebrows and the lady worked diligently and quickly. Although it was kind of quiet within the store and the workers did not speak much, I still was able to get great results at a good pace. I paid $10 without tip and it was a quick service. After reading lots of reviews on Yelp I found Shila's and am so happy I came here. I came and got my brows cleaned up, I have really sparse thin hair eyebrows so they are very low maintenance. I brought my daughter here for her first eyebrow session (she has very natural dark thick eyebrows). I didn't get the girls name but we came in on a Saturday morning around 10:30 and there was only another mother and daughter in front of us. It took about 15 minutes before it was our turn. I went first so my daughter could watch the process. After mine were cleaned up it was my daughters turn. The girl explained what she was going to do and kept checking on her to make sure she was ok. Her brows came out perfect. She shaped & cleaned them up beautifully. And he whole experience was great. She even explained how next time it'll be quicker and less to do bc it'll just be a clean up. I have a real love/hate relationship when it comes to eyebrow threading. It looks clean but I'm rarely satisfied with the results. My brows always end up crooked or too thin. The struggle is real! My search for a good threading spot has been ongoing. I was in the shopping center and stopped by on a whim. When the lady started on my brows, I immediately know I was in good hands. She was fairly gentle and took her time. I didn't feel like she was ripping off half my brow. The real moment of truth comes when they hand you the mirror. I was very happy with the results. On your 7th visit, you get a free threading! That and the consistent, great service is what keeps me coming back. I'm so happy because I finally found my favorite threading place. I happened to be driving around in the area and this 5 star rating caught my eye so I had to give it a try. Like all the other threading places, it's quite small and seats 4 people . Only 1 employee was working at the time but she completed the woman before me in no time. What I loved about this place is how fast and efficient they are. Their process to thread my eyebrows and lip only took 5 minutes when other places take about 10 minutes. Since they're so quick with their hands, the thread isn't as painful on the skin and they'll make sure to get every hair. When she handed me the mirror I was amazed on how nice and clean my face was. This place is also great for its prices; it's about $3 cheaper on all of its services compared to other places. I hope they don't raise their prices when they get more customers because I'll be coming here every time I need to have my brows done. P.S. I called beforehand and they were able to get my mom and I in right away and not only were they efficient, but my eyebrows look so clean! There's never a crazy wait and they are very polite. They usually do good work here but I hate to report that recently they hired a new lady who was very rude. She was very pushy for me to get my upper lip threaded even though I only ever get my eyebrows done. I wrote "eyebrows" at check in. She asked "just eyebrows?" as I sat down, and I said yes. She asked again while she was working. Then she asked "you don't ever do your lip?" And I said "no". She laughed (even though I wasn't joking) and snarkily replied "Why not?" I told her that it's because I don't care but really it's because I have hyper sensitive skin and I can't thread there without getting a patch of zits. So it makes me self-conscious, and going to a salon that points out things that make me self conscious is NOT appealing to me. So Shila, please remind your staff that they are there to help us look and FEEL beautiful; and making sales by way of being pushy and mean is a bad business practice. read more

I've been seeing Shila for over 5 years, when she was at a couple different other threading places. I always find her when she moves. I use to trek to the Henderson location just to see her. She has always made sure to make them the way I've asked. I like mine clean with the natural brow shape still visible and not thinned out. If you're new to threading I recommend having Shila do your first threading. If you can't go on her days, then have another person clean them up. read more

I started going here a few months ago when the person that i normally goto had to move away for a bit. You know how it is ladies when the person that you have been going to moves and you have to start the whole shopping process over again to find that one person that will be able to do your brows perfect.... It's hard and it's annoying. If this has happened to you.... Then you know what i am talking about... Anyhow, i was searching and i saw their sign when i was driving to work one day and made a mental note to try them. And in the same week, i got a coupon in the mail... So it was like kismet...i had to try them and my eyebrows were looking a little ummmm not so pretty...:( So off i went. I was greeted as soon as i walked in and signed in. I think i was like the third person waiting... But i didn't mind the wait since i was not working that day. I had Shila and i have had her every single time and she has been great. I love it when the person that is threading my eyebrows has cold hands. :) She is quick and efficient. She does a great job each time and my eyebrows look great everytime. She is very calm... And she always finishes me with witch hazel... And the one time i was sensitive to the threading she told me and offered to put aloe on it... She did and it was fine after that. They are close to my home and with great service and with my eyebrows looking great...i will definitely be back. And just in case you ladies were wondering...Shila is only here on Mondays and Tuesdays. She is at their other location on Wednesdays to Saturday off on Sunday. On Fridays and Saturdays, they have a second person. If i read the reviews right i believe it is Iraim... And she is amazing as well... Other people there i have not tried... Love Sheila's! I come to get my brows done about once a month and they always do a great job. I've never had a complaint about how my bows turn out. They take their time and make sure that you are happy with your brows. They also have a punch card system which is always wonderful. I used to go to the other location but this one is much closer to where I live so much more convenient. The wait is usually pretty short but they do take appointments if you are in a rush. Don't get me wrong I love this place! But when you place an appointment and the girls don't bother looking at the list for the "appointment making clients" first, then why have it? There are four girls without appointments and my appointment is @10:20 and it's currently 10:48 past the current time. I tried speaking up, but why be that person to kick someone of their chair *awk.
