My lashes were almost glued directly to my eyelids, which was painful and felt completely wrong. What made the experience even worse was that when I expressed my concerns and asked for a refund, they did not want to refund me. I paid for a service that I was genuinely unhappy with, and I felt my concerns were not taken seriously. When someone is working so close to your eyes, I expect professionalism, care, and attention to safety. Unfortunately, I did not receive that. I would not recommend this place based on my experience, and I hope they take customer concerns more seriously in the future.
