I was recently contacted by Chris at USA Auto Shipping in regards to my review. He was interested to talk about my experience and see what he could do to make it better. After our conversation and a little back and forth, I was offered a partial refund for the trouble with the driver. I truly believe my concerns were heard and efforts will be made to not use this driver if at all possible.
