If I could give a ZERO star, I would. Here's a back story, this review will probably get LONG... Falcon Towing was sent to me through my insurance company on Saturday, December 5th when my car broke down an hour and a half away from home. I waited 3 hours WITH my car on a tow service to arrive. During the 3 hours I walked around & around my car. I love my car, it is the first car I've ever purchased on my own. The day before this happened, I even washed my car, in great detail I cleaned every part of my car, inside and out! I know what my car looked like, and I knew every scratch and ding. (there was NONE!) When the tow man arrived I took photos of my vehicle loaded on his truck and leaving the parking lot. I have PROOF THAT my car was NOT damaged when it left the tow site. Once my car was delivered to my mechanic's shop, my family and I arrived just after delivery to make sure everything was fine, and delivered safely. We even saw the tow man driving away, he yelled out the window of his truck, "the key is inside!" and he left. I was absolutely HORRIFIED to see that the rear end bumper and my exhaust pipe had some AWFUL damage done! It is VERY obvious that this damage happened from my car being lowered from his truck. I couldn't have made a hit like this from driving it. -& there is no possible way my mechanic did this as his shop was closed this day, AND we literally saw the car moments after drop off. Since it was a Saturday at 5 in the afternoon, my mechanic was closed and so was my Insurance office. I knew that I would have to wait until Monday to file a claim through my insurance. Later this same Saturday night, I was busy with friends and noticed I missed a total of 4 phone calls from a number I did not recognize. 3 of them at 4:15 and 1 at 10:00 AT NIGHT? I googled the number to see who it could've been, and sure enough, it was Falcon Towing! They left NO voicemail, so I can only assume they called so many times to tell me that they had damaged my car! As that would be the right thing to do. I called StateFarm the following Monday to file my claim. StateFarm needed photos and many other details to get the claim started. Once we got a claim number, I gave it to the body shop I plan to use to fix my car, and thought everything would be fine. Here's where everything gets EVEN worse, I received a phone call today from Falcon Towing. I believe it was from the man who I met that Saturday that towed my car. He was incredibly unprofessional and rude. This situation is already rough for me as my car is in the shop, AND the tow company damaged it. He is denying that he damaged my car and even blamed my mechanic's shop (WHO WAS CLOSED WHEN THE CAR WAS DELIVERED!). I told him that I have photos & he said that he does too. The phone call was quick as there was absolutely NO REASON for him to call me. I don't want to bash the whole company, but if Falcon Towing does not take responsibility for what their employee did to MY car my next step will be Lawsuits! I know for a 100% fact that I did not do this to my car, and neither did my mechanic. This happened because of Falcon Towing and they need to take liability. read more

Did not do what was asked. I have very specific instructions and the vehicle was dropped off at the wrong place. When I confronted the driver he told me he was not going to take it to the correct address. Left it at the wrong place. So I had to then hire another tow company to move it again. read more

Best towing experience I've ever had. Ralph was able to see that my car wouldn't start due to a battery issue. It died on me in the parking structure after after a long night shift at the hospital. He picked it up, replaced the battery, and brought it back to my home in 2 hours. It saved my ass and so much time. I didn't have to worry about what dealership/repair man to go to and what time they open or when parts might come in. Very professional and honest man. Seriously life saver! read more

Had just finished up a hot sweaty job and got in my truck to head home. Wouldn't start. Live clear across the county. Called the good folks at Falcon Towing. Was told it would be about a 45 minute wait. No problem, I had an air conditioned place to wait. 45 minutes later, AJ shows up. Friendly, good conversation, hooked up my truck and we were off. My insurance arranged my tow with UNIQUE ROADSIDE LLC. I waited, 2.5 hours. the numbers I was texted did not work. i finally got a working number. The guy I spone to said my origional guy bailed on me and he was dispatching someone else. Somehow, that guy ended up at Rockwall. I am in Garland. Just a few minutes later my phone rings and it is Raph asking for my location. He gets a little turned around but is really close so my husband and I met him to bring him to where the wrecked car is at. he waisted not a single second more of my time. He loaded up my car. He followed up texting me the name of the person at the collision repair shop he left my keys with. excellent follow through. so the stars aren't really for UNIQUE ROADSIDE LLC so much as it is for Raph. Raph went above and beyond to help me. He had to find my vehicle without me in a sea of look alike cars. He maneuvered my car through the alley and without prompting helped me push my vehicle the rest of the way up my drive. He did most of the work. He has the best attitude and cares about his clients. Great experience with Falcon Towing last night. After 4 other providers dispatched by our roadside service failed to help my husband, Falcon was called and they saved the day! They showed up on time and promptly took the vehicle to the shop, even when we had to change the location of the shop at the last minute. They locked up our car and hid our key in a clever location (which I won't share online just in case anyone up to no good is reading!) and even texted us a picture of the hidden okay so we'd know exactly where to find it. Criminals and liars. Con artists and thieves. They were contacted by our insurance company when my family and I were in an accident. They were 1 hour from our location. When we spoke with them on the phone they said they were 15 minutes away. They lied. It was 105 degrees and my children and I were stranded on I-20. It took so long the state trooper that was with us contacted them and asked their ETA. They lied and said they were sent to the wrong location. They refused to give us an exit they were near or a mile marker. The state trooper called them back after another 30 minutes and started to interigate the driver catching them in more lies. He finally got their actual location and they were still 30 minutes out. They took over 2 hours to reach our location. We told them there was 4 of us, they said they'd dispatch the large wrecker. They showed up with the 2 seater. They were instructed to bring the vehicle to our insurance inspection lot. They took it to their lot to scam our insurance into having to pay for our vehicle sitting in their yard. This also delayed our claim process. I've spoken with our insurance company and I will see that they are dropped as a provider. I will also be reporting the to the Texas better business bureau as well. Avoid at all costs. read more

I had used Falcon Towing before, and been very satisfied with their speed and service, so when my husband's car wasn't working recently, I called them immediately. Raph answered right away, but I thought he sounded a bit funny. He was able to get to me around noon, and texted me twice in the meantime to let me know his status. I found out he had been up most of the night with an emergency. The first thing he asked me when he got to me was what the car was doing. Long story short, he got in the car, got it started, drove it around a bit, gave me a suggestion on what to do, and refused to charge me for his trip, since I obviously no longer needed a tow. Ralph was amazing, he went way above and beyond, and if he wouldn't have been willing to do that, then I would have stayed stuck in the mud. I was too far off the road for a winch, so he had to walk to my car, and dig under car with a shovel to place a jack, and he jacked up car and placed boards under tires, and was very careful not to damage the car. It was a lot of additional work, and the price was very reasonable. The best towing company I've ever used by far. read more
