Instead of addressing my concern calmly, the employee became aggressive, yelled at me, and argued with me. Another employee also became involved. When I said I was going to call the police, the other employee took my phone from me. They also took a picture of me during the situation without my permission. This made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. I came in expecting basic customer service and to have a relaxing experience, but instead I left feeling disrespected and concerned about how I was treated. I hope management takes this situation seriously and makes sure customers can raise health or safety concerns without being yelled at, having their belongings taken, or being photographed without permission.
