They also have separate lounges for men and women, which makes the whole experience feel more private and refined. The essential oils used are from doTERRA -- clean, natural, and not overpowering. Now the bad: The price for a massage is reasonable, but you must pay an additional 39.00 if you want a to use their lockers or robe, take a shower or use the jacuzzi. This was unexpected and confusing. Before arriving, I had called for clarification of this policy and was only told that they would charge 39.00 for use of the jacuzzi. I had no idea that I wouldn't be given a robe or allowed to shower without paying the extra fee. I'm in a spa club and I have never run into this issue before. This confusion may have been due to a language barrier. The shower area has a sign saying that you must run the hot water for 10-15 minutes to obtain hot water (!). I did so and still had to take a cold shower because the water never got hot. The only towels available are very small and very thin. They are not large enough to wrap around your body. The jacuzzi area shows deferred maintenance with broken tile, missing robe hooks and mold/mildew on the ceiling between the jacuzzi and the showers (ick). This is a nice facility, but the policies are confusing and it's sadly lacking in general upkeep. (See pics)

When we got there and confirmed our appointment, he told us that we should've told him it was Groupon and made a big stink, huffing and puffing about how he had to open the app now. I wanted to cancel and just leave since he made us feel like such a burden. But we drove out of the way and my husband said the Massage will help destress. I was very upset and annoyed with the receptionist's attitude. The massage with okay. Nothing amazing. Way too much oil. She literally poured the bottle on your back. The hot stones were nice. We didn't get the eyepatches that was part of the deal and I don't want to bring it up as I probably would have to speak with the rude receptionist again since the masseuse didn't seem to speak much English. They also demand a $15/hr tip. We usually tip $20 each, but since they demanded it and we didn't get part of what we paid for we just gave $15 each.

In addition to facial treatments, she also comes for laser brown spots removal, Such as Picosure and Potenza eyes and neck for skin tightening. This is my first time. and after coming here for a single facial, I also bought and joined membership. The beautician who did my facial was really great! ! The front desk staffs are very polite and the give great detail explanation of their services and packages! The spa also provides IV injections which is beneficial and enhance to immunity.
