Everyone who worked there seemed very friendly especially all the ladies in the front. Dr. Richards did really well making my daughter smile immediately upon meeting by blowing bubbles towards her. She surprisingly stayed calm for her first teeth cleaning...it was either Dr.Richards goofiness or the episode of Bluey iPad above him. I am very impressed with them taking her picture of her first appointment and giving me a copy. Such a cute keepsake! I can't say enough good things about this place! We walked into the most beautiful office, clean, inviting, and child centered. They have the cutest trees house in the waiting area. The front desk staff were courteous, since I had taken care of the paperwork beforehand there was no wait time for processing. We were taken to back by Molly, the dental hygienist and she was so wonderful with my 4 year old. She walked her through each step of the process, no surprises. After her cleaning we met Dr. Joel, he came in blasting bubbles which was super fun! He did his assessment of girlies teeth and we talked about good oral hygiene and methods to keep cavities away. Overall, such a great experience both for me and my kiddo. We both are looking forward to her next visit! From the time you check in at the front desk to the time you leave, they treat you as a valued customer (read: person). They remember your name, your stories, and those personal details that show they care about you. Facility: The waiting room is comfy with a spot for children to play. It almost feels as if I am in a living room. Did I mention free coffee, hot chocolate, and water? Treatments: No need to fear the dentist! I came on my first visit I was completely impressed by the atmosphere, they even have charges for your cell phone if you need it. I sat down in the lady kept asking me if I have insurance, I informed her that I did but she keep asking as if she didn't believe me. Then Kelly took very through x-rays and she knows how to put you at ease as if you are at Disney world. The people here are great, but some rough patches with communication. It was discovered that I needed a lot of work done, including a root canal, which I feared would be the case. So I set an appointment to get this done, but I set an earlier appointment to get the crown done, so that I wouldn't lose the filling I had from A previous time. So when I can to the appointment, the lady said okay, I understand we are doing a root canal, and clean the left side of your mouth. and was confused because I was there for something completely different, I think one of the things that should be done is have something written out which plan of action is being taken at each appointment, so their is no confusion, especially in cases when their is a lot of work to be done. They made it work with my insurance, that is the thing that I am most grateful about this place, Dr Papp is legendary, I have a maybe a handful of dentist in my life, and from my experience, he is truly, a cut above the rest. when I went to my 4th appointment, the root canal that final got done, was a supper-smooth process, he dialogs great with customers, and he is world class. If you get a choice I would go With "big papa!" That's what I call him in my head. This location doesn't discuss preventive care much with patients, so it is important to make sure you ask them, to keep the work they do intact. If you make an appointment, they will not leave you in the dark, the with email you and text you often to remind you, so they have great follow-up, But If you can't make an appointment let them know because they have a big customer base They bake cookies fresh every day so they definitely make an effort, to make a great atmosphere, But just a few things to work out.

They pressured us into agreeing to treatments on healthy teeth that had received no X-rays. Their approach as stated by their surgery coordinator is 'all or nothing'--either agree to their full surgical treatment plan that can include additional work not identified prior to surgery, or else they won't see you. You basically sign your rights away before surgery and your kid can come out with all capped teeth without you agreeing.

After not hearing from the office, I've called 5 times since November. (Initial appt in Oct) I've spoken with Latrea, and one other scheduler every time and they assure me the physician will follow up. It hasn't happened yet.

The office staff is phenomenal. They are friendly and accommodating and engage my children at each visit. And my kids adore Dr. Hutta! As a parent, I appreciate his years of expertise and sound advice. But for my children, his upbeat personality and friendly demeanor makes their visits fun!

I was so impressed I am even finally having work done myself that I have put off for decades. I have had several orthodontists recommend I have work done but no one could offer me a solution I felt comfortable with. All of the other options included surgery and breaking bones in order to make space and improve my smile but with the imaging and technology Hutta & Hutta uses they could do computer modeling to improve my smile with maximum impact while minimizing the pain (no broken bones) and length of time of wearing braces. The staff has been warm, knowledgeable and so professional- they all really know their stuff and are passionate about making sure every patient is taken care of well. Their technology is far beyond what we experienced at the other office. It was like stepping out of 1980 tech and into modern medicine. The office is very inviting with the open spaces, lots of windows and light and the industrial decor gives the office a young and hip vibe, not to mention it is so convenient to get to for our family. Scheduling, coordinating & communication has been a breeze, too. They have been ready for us immediately at every appointment and have us in and out so quickly. Great people, and great technology all together in one office. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for orthodontics.

She made sure Baby K enjoyed the whole thing. Even during cleaning when I could tell she was a little uncomfortable, she didn't fuss. The whole office is set up for kids, from the waiting area to the special dental chair. There's a TV overhead, cool sunglasses to avoid the bright lights, etc. Even a plastic dental mirror to take home and use on your stuffed animals. We have to go back for a little work, and K is excited. All of the staff are great, and it was a very good experience. Okay, except for my finding it- there are dozens of dentists in Clintonville, all named something like "Clintonville Dentistry," so check carefully. It is beside the Huntington near High and Henderson. Parking in back.

Despite her not taking our insurance anymore we were going to be paying out of pocket for XRays, an Extraction, AND Nitrous oxide which would total up to more than $600 in cash. This was no problem for us despite the large amount because we strongly believe in paying for good care. While on the phone the office manager Carol began laughing at my disabled children being sick and barred us from the practice we've been going to for YEARS. This is in the midst of my daughter is having a dental emergency. Why were we barred? We were 15 minutes late due to our disbaled children having a virus, us visitng a Doctor first, and trying to reschedule to ensure the safety of everyone else. Carol's behavior on the phone was nothing short of disturbing and disgusting and I will be filing a complaint with multiple agencies as a result. Edited to add: Carol was laughing about this over the phone before attempting to tell us what she *believes* Dr. Sophie would say. And finally, the crown Dr. Sophie installed failed by cracking in half while my daughter ate a slim jim. This is the only cause of the dental emergency; failed dental work.
