As with most self-serve car washes, they have free vacuums to use afterwards. I always see the staff keeping the area clean and readily available to help out. Never go the cheaper route!!!!!! I don't know what the guy at the entrance of the car wash brushed over my truck, but it has damaged my paint. When I go speak to the manager about it, he wants to tell me oh, it's your paint oxidizing. That's the stupidest thing I've ever heard. I have pictures and proof of all the damage caused to my truck. When I told him I needed this fixed, he said sorry, but there's nothing I can do as his first response. It's your paint oxidation. My paint was fine before i got here! My truck wasn't even that dirty. I just needed a rinse. I ask if we can run it again with no chemical bullshit just to see if we can get it off and no luck. It gives me back my money in cash after failing twice to get the money back to my card. And then he told me to go get it detailed somewhere. Helllooo? Im at a car wash. But I guess he meant go get a hand detail that's gonna run me a couple hundred dollars to fix what they fucked up. And then come back and he'll give me a couple free car washes. And this is after being extremely upset and just going silent because at that point I had nothing else to say. Why the hell would I accept free car washes when you guys caused the problem? And what pissed me off the most was that they chose to blame me initially. I think they need a new Manager with better problem, resolution skills. Unfortunately, the employee who actually cleaned my car was the complete opposite. I paid $30 and tipped $11, and the interior was basically untouched. The dashboard, steering wheel, and doors weren't wiped down, and there were fingerprints everywhere. When I pointed out the fingerprints on the door, he actually told me they wouldn't come off. I asked him to wipe them, and they came off immediately with no problem. His attitude when I brought up the issues was also incredibly rude and dismissive. I understand that $30 isn't a full detail, and I wasn't expecting one. But for $41 total, I absolutely expected the basic interior of my car to be cleaned. I honestly never leave negative reviews or make complaints like this. In fact, this is the first time in my life I've felt strongly enough about a service experience to formally complain. That's how bad and frustrating this experience was.
