I paid $99 to get the tire wash and something extra with the interior can't remember exact details but it's my usual. Have had 2 dried flowers and a fake Lego one behind my steering wheel completely out of the way of the rest of my interior. All the times I've gone before they've left them alone and again not hard to do since it's pretty separate from rest of the car. Didn't even think much of it when it was finally over cause I figured common sense? Nope. One flower was completely destroyed, part of the toy was broken, the toy and other flower were just shoved into the side of my door. And I get it mistakes happen but what's worse is that there was a bunch crushed petals and stem covering the carpet under my passenger seat which is fucking annoying to clean up from carpet. Dude didn't even bother to vacuum it up or say anything. It's one thing to make a mistake but like just have the balls to say it or AT LEAST clean it up. I'm out $99 (+ tip) and will have to try to clean it up with my hands cause I don't have a vacuum at home and I'm not spending more money at a different car wash after just dropping $100 +, in this economy. I didn't have an issue with the price before because the results were worth it, but this experience put me off this place. Very disappointing , was usually a good spot but ig hit or miss on the day.

I come here several times a month and if I paid per visit it would cost way more. I would probably get my car cleaned about four times a month anyway so the membership more than pays for itself. The value is absolutely there. On top of that the service is excellent. Everyone here is friendly welcoming and helpful and the whole experience is smooth and stress free. Once I walked in to pay I saw that they have tons of Hallmark cards, snacks, drinks and a ton of air fresheners and car accessories. Just blank stare and took my money. I asked for cash back and she said for tip and I agreed so she did it. After the transactions I headed outside to sit on the patio area which is pretty big. It was clean and there were only a few people sitting there so it was kind of relaxing. They finished my car pretty quick and I didn't really have any complaints but I prob won't be going back to this car wash because I have a few others that are closer and that I like better. Instead, manager Joe instructed employees not to continue and then told me to stop vacuuming my own car because I was supposedly blocking the line. The lack of flexibility and customer service was disappointing. What is even more concerning is that after paying nearly $200 for interior cleaning, the car wash lost my floor mats. When I asked about them, no one seemed to know what happened, and there was no effort to take responsibility or offer a solution. I understand businesses have policies, but there is no excuse for poor service, unprofessional behavior, and losing a customer's property. After years of being a loyal customer, I am left wondering how a business can justify refusing reasonable service requests on a slow day while simultaneously failing to safeguard customer property. Convenience was the only reason I continued coming here, but convenience is not enough to overlook poor service, unprofessional management, and the serious loss of customer belongings. I sincerely hope management takes a closer look at how customers are being treated because my experience was disappointing from start to finish.
