Then he came back and spent another full day on a permanent solution for the problem we had, including digging a trench to run the power through, securing things on the roof, patching the wall that had to be opened up, and replacing pavers that had to be removed. He returned last week to help with a different electrical issue on the property and we've had no issues with the electricity in both homes since he took care of them. I can't show the running electricity in photos, unfortunately, and he did such a great job of patching things back up, you almost wouldn't know so much hard work went into the repairs. On the other hand, I had a true problem with their office staff, particularly a woman by the name of Karma I believe (ironic I know). She was rude and demining. She made sure to criticize me if I did not pick up her calls immediately and gave no indication that she appreciated my business. You are on her timetable, so you better pick up, or else. I was picking up my kids from school when I missed her call. When I called back, she and cancelled my service time and sent the technician to another home. I was upset. I had just talked to her that very morning and told her I would be home during my visit window of 2pm to 4pm.
