Not only did he beat the price, he got the job finished faster than the other companies estimated, and threw in a bunch of above the crawlspace work. When he found a broken vent pipe, he replaced it without asking for more. Shane even went above and beyond by answering some questions about a very non standard robot vacuum drain line hookup, and had one of his guys come out to install a reducer that I could hook the vacuum into. There are multiple gutted outlets, with exposed wires and none of the breakers were turned off! There are LIVE EXPOSED WIRES hanging out of three kitchen outlets. He is a PLUMBER who destroyed nearly all the kitchen electrical. He didn't fix the clogged kitchen sink (just disconnected the pipes), and ripped out her old garbage disposal and left it on the counter. He left the house a mess, with stuff everywhere, and never came back to finish the job. To make matters worse, he took her money and then kept asking her for a hug!!! He intimidated, defrauded, and touched my lovely neighbor, and then ghosted her after she rebuffed his advances. She called him over and over again, begging him to complete the job, and he didn't respond until the police got involved. Do not, under any circumstances, hire this man. He is a predator. My hope is that he challenges/complains about this review. He knows it isn't libel/slander because he knows that what it written here is the truth, and that we can prove it. The CSLB complaint has been initiated, along with photos, copies of text messages, call logs, and emails. P.S. Using the image of a sheriff's badge to advertise your services is creepy and should be illegal. They had taken my electronic signature from the first contract and transferred it to a new contract that stated they do only concrete patches. How about that. I should know better. Ask to see the actual printed contract before signing or agreeing to anything.
