After my appointment, I began experiencing discomfort in my eye that continued to get worse. I eventually saw my eye doctor, who confirmed that I had several small cuts/scratches to my eye consistent with irritation from the tape used during the lash application. I reached out to Soleil Lash to explain what happened and ask whether they would reimburse me for the cost of my doctor's appointment. The response I received felt automated and impersonal, and they ultimately denied any reimbursement or refund. I completely understand that accidents can happen, and the fact that I experienced an injury is not actually what disappointed me the most. What bothered me was how the situation was handled afterward. When a customer reaches out because they were injured during a service and had to seek medical care, I would expect the business to at least show genuine concern and make an effort to address the situation. Unfortunately, I did not feel that was the case here. I had been willing to return after my first visit, but after this experience and poor customer care afterward, I would not feel comfortable coming back.

If you're interested at all in korean skincare or you're looking for acne extraction, I highly recommend this spot. Jenny provides excellent skincare treatments in a very clean, professional environment. I have super dry and sensitive skin and when I had my first appointment with Jenny my skin had been breaking out pretty badly with deep blind pimples/clogged pores. My pimples were very, very difficult (impossible) to manage on my own at home, but even after one session of acne extraction + facial mask, the redness (from extracting) calmed down over the next couple days and my overall skin texture improved a lot! The next session I did another acne extraction and I received lymphatic drainage/facial lifting massage. NGL it is a reeeeally strong massage and I am kind of a baby when it comes to massages in general so actually I found that strong pressure even more painful than the pimple popping, BUT it definitely snatches your face immediately after! You will leave your appointment glowing and dewy that's for sure. And again, I felt my skin texture become softer and smoother after the 2nd session. And if you're interested in/curious about korean beauty and skincare, the services and products Jenny offers are very much in line with the korean medspa format.
