Parking: street parking around the area or in front. Glad I stumbled upon this on a Google search as yelp sucks at finding detail auto stores. This place makes it easy to see and feel MOST of the stuff people hype up about. EZ Detail, Work Stuff, Detail Factory, Koch Chemi, Car Pro, Flex, Shine Supply, Detail Guardz, GTeqnic, Gyeon, Nano Skin, etc to name a few. This is an ENTHUSIAST/Pro grade detailing supplies store. This is not your store for budget detailing items even though there's nothing wrong with that. Vic is constantly trying to add new things to be added (obsessed garage, and most importantly Kl!n microfiber) There are a lot of things to buy here so you will definitely empty your wallet out. The store layout is quite small but it's easy enough to navigate, for the most part they are organized, but you will see some things that are out of place. They also provide 0ppm water for mobile detailers or some obsessed people with large water storage compartments. Love this place! Makes it easy to get something I need right away instead of waiting for it to ship. Please stock MaFra/Labocosmetica and Carbon Collective soon as those are my favourite to use. read more

Came by to pick up a pet hair brush and was blown away with the variety of brands. Everything from the classic Meguiar's all the way to the more premium products like CarPro and Koch-Chemie. Lots of OG approved stuff IYKYK, which is impressive as shops carry only one or two of these premium brands. Definitely felt like a kid in a candy store. Any detailing enthusiast or professional would be covered at this shop. Owner was super nice and helpful to everyone also. Will definitely be coming back for more car washing toys! read more

ABSOLUTELY 5 STARS, for the store AND the owner Victor!!! I drove my car down Pacific Coast Highway for a leisurely two weeks, from north of SF to LA and stopped at many unpaved turnouts/lookouts. After I came back, I found a lot of black stuff behind the tires, and normal soup and water didn't help one bit, as the black stuff was glued to the white body panels and felt like rough sandpaper to the touch, so I was prepared to spend big bucks and asked for professional help because this is seriously bad. Found VDS via Yelp, the owner Victor listened to my story, then asked to see the car. After just one look and touching the black material, he immediately said this was tar. Yikes! I asked if there's even a chance to clean this, and Victor said "I have just the thing!" We went back to the store and he picked out a German solution off the shelf, said this will do the job and explained how to use it. I was willing to try anything at this point, even though it sounded too easy. Well, MAGIC happened! This stuff works like nothing I've ever seen, and I was able to do the whole tar removal in about two hours by myself - the solution had a very strong chemical smell, so I had to wear a mask, set up a fan behind me, and took frequent breaks. But every bit came off without damaging the paint/finish. Needless to say, I was thrilled! So thanks Victor for your expertise as well as the super product. I walked in and said I didn't know anything about detailing. The (I'm assuming) owner gave me recommendations based on my criteria. Long lasting, easy to use by hand. I ended up with a clay bar, clay spray and soft99 Fusso paint sealant. I'm slow so it took me 3 days to complete but a used car I just bought with horrible paint came out really nice. The paint felt like sandpaper so I clayed it twice until I could get it as smooth as my patience could handle. Then I applied the Fusso wax. It was easy to work with as long as you do 1 section at a time and coat it very thinly. I did 2 coats. I'm hoping it last 1 year, but if I get 6 months of beading, I'll be happy. Prior to this, I was using nufinish for the last 30 years. Fusso smells similar. Remember, this isn't a wax but a polymer type product. Watch YouTube videos! I learned a lot about this product. So glad I stopped by Vital Detail supplies. Seems as if the shop was full of professional detailers. read more

Highly recommend this place Victor immediately greeted me soon as I walked in and asked if I had any questions. I'm not a detailer i just like to maintain my car, I'm just getting into this, so some of my questions were a little dumb but he answered them with no judgement! I overheard him answering another persons questions, seemed like someone who actually details, and noticed he never had to look at the product label or such to know about the dilution ratio or what it's best for. Shows that he knows what he sells! He has so many options to choose from and at a good price too. I was originally going to purchase Koch Chemie active foam on Amazon but it said it wouldn't arrive until 2 weeks. I didn't want to wait that long so I decided to make the drive here.
