    Scratch caused by car wash.

    My review is for the car wash. Paid for the platinum wash went through and car still looks dirty like I never washed it. And equipment left a huge scratch on the hood of my car. Employees just shrugged shoulders at me when I talked to them. Avoid this place at all costs

    First time trying this place with Groupon. Due to the hostility, we will be continuing to look for another oil change spot.

    We like to use Groupons to try new businesses, and when we have a good experience we usually continue to return and pay full price. This was how we found our smog place, and have become loyal patrons for many wonderful businesses. Unfortunately, we did not feel welcome at Metro Extreme. The staff here complained about how they lose money doing Groupon, and lectured on how Groupon "attracts a certain type of customers." We listened politely, but this is why we decided never to return again. Groupon can help grow a business when used as an opportunity to impress first time customers so that they come back and pay full price, but it's going to destroy their business if they continue to behave this way with customers. Groupon is meant to be a sample of a service; to give a great first impression will build a loyal customer base. They scared us away, I'm sure they are doing this to others. That's why they're losing money, no one will want to come back to experience that negative attitude.

    While waiting in line at the register, I watched Ruben Rojas the manager of Metro Express serve two other customers ahead of me. I was truly impressed by his level of professionalism and care for his customers, that is rare in today's business world. When I spoke with him, I was taken back by such a humble attitude. Metro Honda is lucky to have Ruben.

    Their vacuums are horribly weak or always broken. They don't even use soap in the most expensive (Platinum) wash! Never again.

    Vacuum has no suction, I've gone on different occasions, still no improvement. Doesn't clean wheels well.

At first , not gonna lie, I thought the price was a little high compared to what I'm used to paying for an oil change. I usually pay $85 and they were quoting me $130 here for just an oil change I have a 2010 Honda Element and needed a brake light bulb replaced too. They had a coupon available for the oil change so It brought it down to $129 for both oil & bulb What really impressed me was the communication. They sent text updates while my car was being worked on and provided a full digital inspection with photos and videos. They showed me my tires, air filter, battery, windshield wipers and other items they checked. They also provided quotes for future maintenance without any pressure. As a woman, I really appreciated being able to actually see what they were talking about. Instead of just telling me something needed to be replaced... they showed me pictures. That made me feel a lot more comfortable and confident that I wasn't being sold something I didn't need. The shop itself is clean and modern. I also liked that there is a window where you can see them working on your vehicle. I've never had a mechanic provide this much information before. It gave me peace of mind knowing my car is in good shape and now I know what items I should keep an eye on for the future. I feel like I got more of a premium service, especially with their diagnostic test so the price I paid makes sense I will definitely be back. Their name is Stress-Free Auto for a reason

The first time, they replaced a spark plug, costing me about $200. Two weeks later, the light returned. This time a $687 repair for a completely different issue. Less than two weeks after that, the light came on again. On my third visit, even though their posted opening time is 9 a.m., the technician, Randy, didn't actually show up until after 9:08. He was rude, didn't greet me, and dismissed my concerns instead of offering any apology or empathy. He handed me a paper with another new code and quoted labor costs of $160, with no parts even required. Despite their supposed warranty, I've had to return repeatedly. Each time, a new code, a new cost, and dismissive treatment. Randy even remarked that my car is old and implied I should expect ongoing issues. Yet this doesn't excuse poor service. If I could give zero stars, I would. I can't recommend this shop to anyone looking for accountability or respect.
